Robert'S Concrete Construction Services

Robert's did a horrible job on our concrete project. He didn't follow his typed instructions on our contract and the work quality is miserable. Robert's agrees that the work is not satisfactory, but just argues loudly rather than work to fix the problem. Robert's forms for the rounded concrete edges are wobbly and elongated and not circular where required. The project included stamped concrete with borders. The borders were to be trowelled in with regular broom finish. His crew stamped the borders (looks terrible) and disfigured the border edges with the stamp. Also, the border lines are wobbly and not straight and the grade is poor resulting in a large puddle of water about 1/2 inches deep. When asked about the problem, Robert says over and over that I'll like the look and to grow grass over the crooked concrete edges to hid them. Never use Robert's!
