Sit ‘n Sleep

First they tried to overcharge us and then dropped the price by $800.  The mattress was defective and developed major sags in 6 months.  We ask for a replacement and they refused.  I threatened legal action and they finally took the mattress back after about 2 moths of negotiations.  They were rude and provided no customer service.

They did not honor their "60 Night Sleep Trial". I was looking at a mattress that came in medium and soft versions. Same price for medium or soft. I bought medium but after trying it for over a month realized it was too hard. I tried to get them to honor their contract: I pay 20% of $1478 cost (before tax) or $295 to switch to the soft version. They refused. They tried to charge me a whole lot more ($1312). I took them to small claims court and I won. The judge ordered them to pay me back $1600 plus $90 court costs. They only paid me back $1600. They didn't even follow the judge's order! They were very unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Tell your friends.

Although the commercials are extremely annoying, the shopping experience was very pleasant. They have a large variety of mattresses for you to try out. Our salesman was helpful without being pushy. The mattress was delivered the next evening, which was a great convenience. It's comfortable, and we're happy with our purchase.
