+ -1 moreFirst they tried to overcharge us and then dropped the price by $800. The mattress was defective and developed major sags in 6 months. We ask for a replacement and they refused. I threatened legal action and they finally took the mattress back after about 2 moths of negotiations. They were rude and provided no customer service.
Description of Work: Sold us a king size mattress.

Description of Work: I ordered a tempur pedic mattress and it was impossible to sleep on it and the sales person force me to keep it for one month

+ -1 moreThey did not honor their "60 Night Sleep Trial". I was looking at a mattress that came in medium and soft versions. Same price for medium or soft. I bought medium but after trying it for over a month realized it was too hard. I tried to get them to honor their contract: I pay 20% of $1478 cost (before tax) or $295 to switch to the soft version. They refused. They tried to charge me a whole lot more ($1312). I took them to small claims court and I won. The judge ordered them to pay me back $1600 plus $90 court costs. They only paid me back $1600. They didn't even follow the judge's order! They were very unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Tell your friends.
Description of Work: Do NOT do business with Sit N' Sleep. I bought a mattress from them and tried to exchange it under terms of their contract. They refused. I took them to small claims court and won. They also use different names (Sleepwell, Inc.)

+ -1 moreAlthough the commercials are extremely annoying, the shopping experience was very pleasant. They have a large variety of mattresses for you to try out. Our salesman was helpful without being pushy. The mattress was delivered the next evening, which was a great convenience. It's comfortable, and we're happy with our purchase.
Description of Work: I bought a queen-sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress set.
