They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, pulled the part from their truck and installed it all within 30 minutes. Toilet no longer flows constantly!

We used them the entire 7 years that we lived there. We used them every single time and they were great. I think it was Warren's plumbing and now I think it's this guy named Eddy that does it. They were great the entire time. Every time we had an issue, small things like a disposal, they were really great.

It went great. They fixed it and provided details of what the problem was. They even provided information of what other issues are there, but that they did not need to be done at this time.

Excellent! I called Plumber to the Rescue when I wasn't getting any hot water. It was after 8pm, but Warren answered my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Josh and Eddie arrived within the time window I expected. They removed their shoes to avoid tracking dirt on my floors. They were knowledgeable about my brand of water heater, and checked to see if it was under warranty. It was, which cut the quoted price in half. Talk about honest! They explained the whole process and repaired my water heater in record time. I would definitely use them again.

We're very pleased with our experience with Plumber To The Rescue. The communication is excellent. They worked out appointments time with the tenants and took care of the problems in a timely manner without us having to be present. We had an old water heater with a pilot light that would go off every few months. We called and they were able to come the next day. Eddie diagnosed the problem and confirmed the unit needed to be replaced. He searched and found a unit that would fit in the tight space where the water heater is, and together with Mathew replaced the unit, hauled away the old one and left everything clean. The tenant was very pleased and so were we. We appreciate his professional, no pressure approach, and fair pricing. The communication and planning with Susan at the office, was also very good.

We're very pleased with our experience with Plumber To The Rescue. The communication is excellent. They worked out appointments time with the tenants and took care of the problems in a timely manner without us having to be present. We had a two years old dishwasher which wasn't cleaning & draining properly. An appliance repair man diagnosed that we had to do an expensive repair on the dishwasher, or replace it. Alex snaked a basin drain, cleaned the drain line inside and outside the dishwasher, and so far the problem is solved. He also replaced a tub spout. We appreciate his professional, no pressure approach, and fair pricing. The communication and planning with Susan at the office, was also very good.

super speedy fast service! Main line sewer backed up today, I called at 2:30p and was first told they couldn't come today, got a referral to another company, I appreciated that. When the other company couldn't do it, I called back to schedule for tomorrow and Susan said she'd work something out. In less than an hour, Eddie showed up, attacked the problem and had the whole line running smooth and clear in 30 minutes. No extra charges, no surprises, no upsells, just a job well done for the price quoted on the phone. Plus, Eddie is a totally cool dude, professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again for some time, but when I do, Plumber To The Rescue!

They were responsive, kind, efficient, competent, and fairly priced, considering what plumbers charge these days.
I said I was calling around for price, and they were still cordial and helpful when I called them back several times.
My hot water turned cold & the piezoelectric sparker on my gas water heater tank failed to spark the pilot. The Gas Co. came and confirmed what I already knew, but they don't do those repairs. It was already frustrating to  have waited nearly 24 hours for the Gas Co. to arrive, after telling me they couldn't be more specific than, "we'll be there between 7AM & 8PM"..the day after I called.! Apparently the only way to get the Gas Co over faster is to say you smell gas!
The water heater is under warranty until 2017 BUT the manufacturer is back east & couldn't send the replacement pilot assembly overnight Fedex until the next day, so I would have to have waited a total of 3 days for hot water.
Plumber To The Rescue was the ONLY company which would work on my model of GE gas water heater. My call to them was returned within minutes. It is a family owned and operated business and they tried to save me $100 by alerting me I could call the company & get a free replacement part, thus saving me the  $100 for them to bring the part from their stock. Unfortunately, it would have taken too long for the part to come.
The good news is, that if this happens again, I will already have a replacement part on hand from the manufacturer.
Josh, a son of the owner, came to do the repair. He explained everything to me as he went along, and answered all my questions clearly, including the relative merits and costs of switching to a tankless water heater.
I have looked for a conveniently located plumber on Angie's list in the past, but did not notice Plumber to the Rescue, It may have been because the name sounds to me like they just clear drains. THANK GOD I overlooked that this time, because they are a full service plumbing company and I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues, and recommend them to neighbors and friends..

This is a tough review to write because the plumber himself was fine.  He did his job and communicated everything he did very clearly.  The problem is the owner, Warren and the pricing.  I have a vacation rental in Malibu that I property manage and Saturday morning the guests reported the bathroom shower faucet would only discharge scalding hot water.  Needless to say I needed to get this fixed right away.  So I called 10-15 plumber first thing Saturday morning and couldn't find a plumber who would serice Malibu.  I finally found Plumber 2 The Rescue.  Warren DID NOT quote a price but only said it would cost more than the usual service call because the house was on the other side of Malibu.  I said it didn't matter as the most important thing at that time was to get it fixed.  The plumber went out but didn't call me until he left the property.  He said the valve or actuator he took out fit but there was still something wrong that meant the faucet had to be used a certain way and the person using had to be careful.  I told him he needed to go back and in Magic Marker write the directions on the shower wall since it's a rental and the entire lower floor was being torn out in a month so we were not going to replace the entire faucet at this time.  That's when the plumber said the bill was already up to around $500 but I said he had to go back and write the instructions.
I received a call from the plumber when he was all done and told me what he did.  Then I got a call from Warren, the owner, and he told me the total cost was $925.00 and that my credit card was already run for the amount.  I asked him why it cost $425.00 for the plumber to go back and write instructions on the shower wall?  He said something about the bill being over $600 at that point and that didn't include parts.  I didn't get the Invoice emailed to me until late the next day AFTER I texted Warren to remind him.  After I received the Invoice I simply couldn't believe what they charged.  I wrote a reply back asking for an adjustment and for them to justify the cost of over $300 for the actuator.  It's been a week and Warren still has not returned my message.
In summary, I have nothing bad whatsoever to say about the plumbers but I would be VERY CAREFUL, make sure to get a written quote up front and make sure there is clear communications at every stage of your job.  Don't let these guys do to you what they did to me.  I also suggest you look around and read other reviews here on Angie's List, Yelp and other web sites.  If I had more time and this wasn't an emergency, I probably would NOT have used these guys based on the reviews.  Clear rip off!

Looked on Angie's List and found a local provider of drain services and called them.  The receptionist was very polite and professional and immediately understood my problem and the urgency of the situation.  She was straight forward as to the fact that her crew had two other emergencies in the area and that it would be later in the afternoon before they could arrive. She gave me a latest time which I accepted. When I asked for an approximate cost for the service she immediately  said it would be 150.00 for the first hour, and she said she doubted that it would actually take that long.  I had already called cold two other providers from google and yahoo and both had quoted me outrageous amounts nearly double of what I had just been quoted.  I accepted the service and was told the technicians would call me when they were within 15 mins to arriving at my location.
I was told that they would be no later than 6:30 P.M. and of was of course expecting the worst, and hoping not.  Well they called me a little after 4:00 P.M. and arrived at  4:15 and completed the job within 30 min.  They were in and out very professional and cordial and helpful.  To my surprise they even cleaned up after themselves and drained the sink and cleaned it up as well.  That was a big surprise!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing emergency drain service!

I have no complaints about this company or the representative who came out to see why my toilet kept running.  The plumber looked at the unit and said the flapper was worn out and not covering completely.  He showed me the old flapper and changed it with one he had in his truck.  I guessed I paid for his knowledge because the part was inexpensive and easy to replace.  The plumber said the charge was
$90.00.  After he spoke to his boss, the charge went up to $131.00 because the job ended after daytime hours.  I thought as a new client, he should have charged by the time when the plumber arrived and not told me to pay the after hours charge.  I know that any plumbing call that only cost $131.00 was a good thing.  I still felt that the flapper was so easy to replace and didn't cost much, I shouldn't have had to pay the higher rate after being quoted a lower rate.  Because of this, I probably wouldn't call them again.

I called around 6:30 p.m. after noticing a leak from my water heater and someone was at my house around 7:30.  This was much appreciated.  They replaced two flex lines quickly and I felt they charged a fair price for such quick service.   I would use them again.

The workers came on time, and were very efficient in detecting the source of the problem.  They could have told us that we needed a new faucet, but they didn't.  If they hadn't had the part, they would have just cleaned the old part.  I think this is the RARE plumbing company that doesn't try to create phony business for itself.  We think they are a treasure.

Things didn't go well...at all.  Once I hesitated about having the extra clean out drain install, the plumber told me he would not go through the toilet after all, that he couldn't guarantee the work and that he had never done so in the past.  (He was actually the plumber who did the work on other occasions.)  I said I had the receipt and could show him (now I'm talking to the owner on the phone) exactly what work they performed in the past.  He told me that he didn't have the receipt in front of him so he couldn't really vouch for what I was saying/trying to read to him.  He said if his plumber simply doesn't want to do the work then he doesn't have to do it.  He recommended a couple of other plumbers, including his brother.  While I may need the extra clean out drain, the coercion technique was highly unethical and quite off-putting.  I know this company has changed ownership recently, so anyone thinking about their services now she be very cautious.  I'm going back to Angie's List and find myself a plumber whom I'm hoping I'll be able to trust and whose professionalism I'll be able to rely on for years to come.

Terrible first experience with a plumber. Warren was in a constant rush to finish. Did not let the water drain from the pipes after turning it off and got water everywhere when he worked. Moving the fridge water line and kitchen sink pipes went fine except for the excess amounts of water spewing everywhere. The real issue was the new shower valve.
I was in the middle of a remodel so everything was easily accessible. First attempt to solder the new valve one, it exploded and water was rushing into the tub. He had to scream for help from his assistant, who was outside and could not hear him had I not ran out to contact him. His assistant turned off the water, then Warren began his second soldering attempt.  This time, it did not explode, but there was a consistent leak from the shower tub. He told me my valve was faulty and it was not his fault. This was a new moen shower tub set, but he kept insisting it was a defective cartridge.  Luckily I had another set on hand and ask him to replace it (which he told me was a simple 5 minute job). After he reluctantly agreed, he went to turn off the water again to replace the cartridge, but came back claiming his water shut off tool was stolen and he couldn't do the work. He then left me with a non working shower and made me pay since he did what he was contracted to do.  I paid him and he left.
The next day, my contractor noticed a leak on the valve he installed. I called him about it and he told me he was out of town, but found someone to come and do the job. I give him some credit for being able to find someone else to come by, but this next plumber was just complaining the entire time of how I was taking him his entire day and how overworked he was. Some professionalism training is needed. In the end, he fixed the leak and left.
I called another plumber in to fix the leaky tub faucet. I told them about my experience here and they informed me that the cartridge was melted while it was being soldered by Warren.

I had the misfortune of having to need a plumber twice in the space of a week, and both times for the same bathroom! Firstly the shower became clogged on a Thursday afternoon, and we have kids to get ready for school, so this was urgent. None of the other plumbers I called either returned my call or they couldn't make it out that same day. These guys though? Not a problem - "we'll be there between 7 and 8". Yes, I had to pay a small out-of-hours fee (something like $30) on top of the labor cost, but they turned up when they said, and were gone within 15 minutes. There was absolutely zero mess (in fact the bathroom might have been cleaner when they left!), and they were fast, efficient, professional, and very friendly.
A few days ago, the sink in the same bathroom clogs up, so I immediately knew which company I would call and, sure enough, they came and did the job in under 15 minutes and left no mess. It's really nice to have a solid, go-to plumbing service.
We had the same guys both times - Josh and Raul - and they're absolutely great.
Highly recommended.
