Towing company didn't make initial appointment but rescheduled and picked car up next day (waived the $20 charge).

I went there later in day and discussed the plan and signed agreement.  Following day

Mike ordered parts, then Del***? installed them, they called around 5pm, I got a ride over

with friend and heard report of details, paid them for their services, Del*** showed then gave me bent/broken tie rod that they'd

 replaced, I collected properly operating car, and drove home.

Miguel, the service manager, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful, both over the phone and in person. The service was completed quickly, in less than 2 hours, for the quoted price. And, since the service department is open until 9:00pm, it was extremely convenient.
