JUST TIRES

I'm writing my review while still in the just tires store.
I read the reviews on this place. One of them said that they say one hour and it really takes 2-3 hours.
Same thing occurred to me. On the phone, it was one hour, when I was to leave it was an hour or so. And I'm waiting in hour 2.
It's really hard to trust people who lie (or they are incompetent that they can't figure out how long it takes given that they have so many customers.)

I went in because my right back tire was going flat. I asked for all new tires, since I'm always concerned that my tires are not in good shape. The technician walked me to my car and did a thorough inspection of all of my tires and found that my flat tire was caused by nail. He further informed me that my tires were getting old, but still good for another year or so. He also said that they could repair,but there was no hurry. Since I was in a rush, he suggested I come back another time, put air in all of my tires, and thanked me for coming by. I would have spent $800 in that shop that day, but his honesty guaranteed that I will be spendin that, and the expense for all future tires, there.

It was just okay. The tires are fine, pricing is great but there were some confusion between speaking with them and if you go in there and get in the actual information, so communication is not great but the pricing and tires are great.

It's a catch 22 because Just Tires has good prices and good warranty for their tires. The problem is the Just Tires in Culver City on Sepulveda Blvd offers perhaps the worst customer service I've experienced from an auto service center. Now, I've been here more than a few times and it's always the same. The front desk person will tell me, "one hour" for service and low and behold 2-3 hours later the work is still not done. The guys working on your tires walk around talking with each other and obviously aren't paid by the work they do, but by the hour because you can see it on their face that they're not happy being there. I hope the folks at Just Tires read this complaint because I rarely write a bad review, but since the service at Just Tires is so bad I had to say something.

They were very helpful. I brought my car in with tires that were not doing well, and they were able to work on it almost immediately. The price was good and I left happy. I would use them again.

I FELT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AT JUST TIRES. THE FACILITY WAS VERY CLEAN AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG TO SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. THE SALESPERSON SHOWED ME SEVERAL TIRES TO CHOOSE FROM THAT WOULD BEST SUIT MY CAR. THE SERVICE DID NOT TAKE AS LONG AS I ANTICIPATED AND I WAS SATISFIED.
