I plan to use them for my mechanic. They will take you home and pick up you. They very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They will not do what's not needed.

They're very thorough and efficient. They're extremely user-friendly. They are trustworthy and I would recommend them to others.

I had taken my car to 4 different mechanics who could not see reason for smoke that was coming from my van. Within 3 hours, Ed's diagnosed problem. This is a nice family owned business that had delivered good quality consistently.

I brought my car in there and I thought I knew the problem, but they diagnosed it correctly and told me it wasn't worth fixing. They didn't charge me anything. It was great.

He does a good job. He's honest. He doesn't overcharge. Gives me options. He fixes the problem properly the first time usually. He's trustworthy. You call ahead and make an appointment and not much of a wait.

Called this repair shop and made an appointment. Did have to wait for a few days for an opening. Took car in and later was called with the cost of the repair. Work was completed as promised. The problem and repair was explained thoroughly. Will most definitely use again.

They do a great job. On the Camry I drive now I sometimes take it to the dealer but for anything that requires real work I take it to Little. I know the mechanic and they do a great job.

Originally, I went to Bob only for a second opinion -- I told him as much up front but he still seemed happy to help. My other long-time mechanic had already given me a laundry list of parts and services I needed. Bob confirmed a lot of what my other mechanic said, but he also explained in greater detail what he knew about the problems of replacing parts in my particular model and advised me against repairing anything until I saw a transmission specialist. The specialist he referred me to concluded that it was not transmission related and did not charge me at all. I went back to Bob for advice. Bob agreed to take a closer look and even referenced an online auto technicians forum to see if others had seen similar problems with my model. The second time, Bob and his team spent hours with the car and discovered it had even more problems and this time he decisively recommended against fixing the car. You cannot ask for a more honest, friendly and intelligent mechanic than this guy!

I told Bob about the problem with the battery constantly discharging. I brought the car over (after a jump start, of course) in the evening, leaving it on the lot after hours. The next morning Bob called me and told me how he would approach the problem. It involved a lot of electrical testing. We kept in contact over the next day or so about progress. It was a challenge because the electrical problem was elusive (no one else ever was able to solve it). Finally, Bob called me back to tell me he was able to isolate the potential problem (related to the passive restraint system). He devised an appropriate work around that was much less costly than doing a full-on repair of the system (it's a 14 year old car). The charge was for labor since no replacement parts were required. I was pleased by the reasonable price for the work. Only later, after I got home and noticed printed electrical schematics on the passenger seat did I realize it required some sophisticated electrical work.

I like using this auto service for my cars. They always do a very good job. They are always prompt to my needs and they are reliable. I feel I can recommend them because of the good service they provide.

I have been going to this garage for a long time and I have never had to question the work done. I have always trusted their service and they are very convenient for me to go to.

The process was quick and easy. I dropped my car off on the way to work. The drop off process was very fast. Bob Little called a few hours later to let me know what he had found and explained everything to me in a language I could understand. (Simple layman's English rather than mechanic-speak.) Bob checked the engine light and fixed the problem very inexpensively. He did not recommend any unnecessary work. My car was ready for pick up before lunch. I was very happy with the service I received.

I used them based on report in Angie's List saying they were honest and did good work. I second that endorsement. They were honest, fast and they did a good job. I will definitely be going back to them.

ED LITTLE WORKS ONLY ON AMERICAN MADE CARS. I FIND HE AND HIS CREW ARE THE MOST HONEST MECHANICS AROUND. HE ONLY RECOMMENDS WORK THAT IS NECESSARY. HE SAYS HE DOESN'T WANT HIS CUSTOMERS TO WASTE THEIR MONEY. CAN'T BEAT THAT.
