Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
DEAN HAD VERY GOOD INTENTIONS BUT THE GUYS WORKING FOR HIM WERE NOT SPECIALIZED IN THE AREAS HE HAD THEM WORKING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE 'PLUMBER' SEALED THE STONE FLOORS, BUT DID NOT CLEAN THEM THEREFORE THEY WERE AN ABSOLUTE MESS. WE HAD TO PAY TO STRIP, AND RESEAL THE FLOORS WHICH COULD NOT BE COMPLETELY RESTORED! THEY HAD TO REDO A LOT OF WORK BECAUSE IT WASN'T DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, BUT WHEN IT DID GET DONE IT USUALLY MET OUR EXPECTATIONS. HOWEVER, WHEN HE ASKED FOR FINAL PAYMENT, AND WE LISTED THINGS THAT WERE NOT COMPLETE, HE OPTED TO NOT COMPLETE THE JOB, AND FOR US NOT TO BOTHER SUBMITTING FINAL PAYMENT.
