 + -1 moreThe experience was difficult and very disruptive, but they tried to make it as easy as possible. They worked long days to try to get the job finished. They had to jack-hammer in the middle of the house in the hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The concrete dust, even though the area was partitioned, was throughout the house. They had to move the broken concrete and 4 feet of dirt outside to replace the plumbing. This took about 3 days (2 more days for the shower). Then they filled the hole and replaced the concrete. They did a good job. They took off $300 from the bill so we could have a house cleaner come in to clean the dust. Overall they were very professional and genuinely caring from the owner to the workers. I would recommend them for any big plumbing job.
Description of Work: Initially to find a long time drainage problem in bathroom shower using video camera and a pipe finding device. Then, replaced pipes under concrete slab floor. They also ripped out the tile in the stall shower down to the bare bones at our request. They prepared the new pan in the shower for the tile that would be replaced.

 + 1 moreThese guys are great. We had another company (highly rated on Angie's List, but I don't know why) come three times in the course of three months because of clogs in our line. Each time the other company snaked it, pulled something out, and it was fine for a little while. The third time they said we needed to completely replace our sewer line. Before spending $1000 (which is way cheap for a sewer line replacement), I decided we should get a second opinion and called Courtesy, who had done our video of the sewer line before we bought the house. They showed me that the line is actually in GREAT shape for a house this old and said that the other company was taking us for a ride - all we needed was a good clean, which the other company didn't do when they pulled junk out of the line. It's also worth mentioning that the guys who work for Courtesy are very professional and, well, courteous. They've just made a long-term client out of me.
