 + -1 moreOverall, I would use them again if I need to.... I did feel that they do try to get your TV back to you as soon as possible and they made sure to protect my sofa with a blanket that they brought so the TV would not damage my sofa or anything. They will take apart all of the wires from your attached cable box, DVD player, as well as anything that was attached to the TV prior to them removing it. They work very fast as they tape the name of the cable to where it goes so when they come back it only takes them about 15 mins. to attach all of the wires from the home entertainment box as well as the above wires and turned on the TV. Before they leave they ensure that they have you test each area such as putting in a cd movie, cd music to check for picture and sound and all before they leave you. Just as a note, when they first come and take the TV they only ask for half of the price as a deposit and then collect the rest once they return the TV to you. I felt good knowing that LG recommended them to me as they would not refer them if there was problems with the Company. Give them a chance to work on your TV as to spend only $40.00 to see how much it would cost to repair vs. replace the TV.... Not to bad.. PLEASE READ THE UPDATE ABOVE. I HAVE CALLED LG TO REPORT THE ISSUE WITH THEM SINCE THEY HAD REF. ME TO A COMP. THAT SERVICED LG TV'S OUT HERE IN MY AREA. IF THEY CONTINUE TO REFER THEM THEN I AM SORRY AS I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER LG TV FOR MY OTHER ROOM.
Description of Work: I called them as my LG big screen tv stopped working so I called LG and they referred me to them. I called them and they came out to my house the next morning (fast).. They were punctual and came in and three of them and they opened up my tv to see what was wrong and within 15 mins. they had diagnosed the problem.. It was the power switch that turns off and on the tv. They told me about the charges for it to be repaired which they explained to me that they charge the $40.00 to come out to the house and then the part they called in and ordered it right then while here and told me the part would cost me $125.00 and told me what the labor charges would be and that was a total of $297.00 which included the $40.00 as it does not go towards the repair charge. I was told it would take three days for the part to be in and then they would return the tv to me on the 3rd day, but to my surprise.... when they got back to the shop they said they had the part in stock and they repaired it the same day that they took it and got to return my TV back to me the next day. I was so happy to get my TV back so fast. I at first was surprised that they took my TV with them since it weighs 73 pounds but they made sure to give me a receipt which had my model and serial number written down on it as a back up so it was fine... I just wish I could have seen the part before they put it in so I couldhave ensured it was a brand new part that I paid for as they only gurantee the part for 30 days. I am praying the TV last at least another year for the price I paid.UPDATE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU GUESSED IT, THE SAME PART ON THE TV WENT BACK OUT AFTER ONLY 43 DAYS AND THEY WOULD NOT GUARENTEE THE PART AFTER THE 30 DAYS. I THEN HAD GOOGLED THEM AND THE SAME EXACT THING ABOVE THAT THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THE SAME PART AND TIME FRAME OF A WEEK AND ALL HAPPENED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I AM NOT GOING TO BAD TALK THEM, I WILL JUST ADVISE YOU TO READ GOOGLE YOURSELVES TO SEE THE COMPLAINT FOR YOURSELF . I AM SORRY TO HAVE TO REPORT THIS ABOUT THEM BUT FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY SPENT AND FOR THEM NOT TO GIVE A DECENT WARRANTY ON A PART IS CRAZY. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. JUST GOOGLE THEM FOR YOURSELVES.
