Can't remember having such great customer service. Went to the store on a thursday, it was very busy with male customers. I'm an elderly female and I was treated equally which doesn't always happen. Gentleman walked me to the various 'bins' to show me and to suggest what would work best for my needs. He had to help a previous customer and so I worked with another man to make the purchase. Also, excellent.
Then the delivery was scheduled for the next day at noon. I called them when I got home asking for another time as I had a prior appt. They rescheduled to same day but early am which was perfect.
Delivery was right on time and gentleman worked with me on where I wanted it 'dumped' . He did a perfect job so I was still able to get my car out of garage. Very polite and offered great suggestions.
I will only use this vendor in the future.

I never felt intimidated or like I was getting upsold. They provided exactly what I requested, as requested, at a great price. They helped with calculations and delivery, and provided advice. I would highly recommend Larry's Building Materials.
