Very well. Fast, easy, Jacob gave me a choice of garage door openers, was able to install one asap. He had all the equipment needed to do the job with him. Connected everything to my cell phone and to my car, packed up, swept the garage floor and was done in about an hour and a half. I had told him "some things were beyond my skill level"and he took care of installing the app and connecting everything to my phone.

Great. Other than the confusion over the color. But my fault, I didn’t think to review the color on the proposal before accepting it.

It went very well. They came when they said they would and got the new garage door opener installed. Their office person, Jennifer was very personable. Would definitely call them again and recommend them!

The technician Benjamin was efficient, kind and clear. Easy to work with. I definitely would hire again. My one area of improvement would be billing. It took a while to figure out how much the parts are and how much labor is separated. But we eventually got this worked out.

Technically, the work done was fine, but the technician was in a hurry, did not introduce himself by name, and just wanted to get on to his next job.UPDATE: After posting my review recently, I was contacted by the company to inquire further about my dissatisfaction with the type of customer service I received. Jennifer listened to my experiences, and seemed genuinely concerned about what had happened. A follow-up appointment was made with another technician who came to answer my questions, perform free maintenance on my new garage door opener system, and to give me tips about setting up my new system with my phone. I felt much more at ease afterwards and am very happy with my new system. The company representative followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I was very happy with my experience. I do feel much better working with a company that is willing to acknowledge the customer's concerns and to take prompt action as needed. came over at 1230AM to fix our garage since it was hanging open halfway and unable to close! changed the brackets, fixed the cables, and put back in track all within about 10-15 mins! very friendly and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! thanks Jonathan! :)

Went great! Jonathan came out within 30 minutes of the call. He quickly reviewed the situation, diagnosed the problem and corrected it within about 10 minutes. Turns out, somehow the "lock/unlock" switch on top of the open/close key pad was in the "lock" position preventing the garage door from opening. No up-sell or unnecessary repairs. He was honest, friendly and fast. Perfect!

I was very pleased. Jonathon is friendly and knowledgeable about garage doors. My garage door opener which was 23 years old suddenly failed. I called First Garage Door & Gating based upon its Angies List ratings/reviews and Johnathon came to my house within a few hours of my call and quickly assed the problem. He returned the next day with a new unit and I was very pleased with how quickly he installed it and I was very pleased with his pricing. I highly recommend his company.

I called First Garage this morning because my motor was making a terrible sound and the door kept sticking. Jonathan responded to me right away and came over in an hour. He had to replace our old motor with a new one, I was happy he had all the parts with him. After he installed the motor, he explained how everything worked. He was very nice and polite He cleaned up like he was never there. He even brought in my trash cans Great service, I highly reccomend.
