Americash did everything right in my refinance application. Matt and Jennifer were the two people I dealt with, and both were very responsive from start to finish. I had to go to Americash after a bad experience with another mortgage broker, and was therefore quite wary of what I would get. I would strongly recommend this company for your mortgage needs.

We worked with Mike and Sheena from Americash to get approved for a mortgage on our first property. The entire process was very smooth, and informative. My wife and I really appreciated the customer service and fast response time. Since I work from home independently, we thought it was going to be extremely difficult to get approved for a loan but that was not the case with Americash. From the initial conversation to signing of the many, many documents, we felt like we were truly being taken care of, and we didn't have to deal with the pushy and unwelcoming loan officers at a large bank. The rate we got was also lower than the average, which made us feel even more comfortable choosing this company. I would say that overall, they provided a great service for us and our growing family.
