When they came to do the job, they let us know that we had rips/tears in some of our screens, and they offered to replace the screen for $30 each. We did it for the worst screen only.

The person I worked with was very nice, but there were some details that were definitely overlooked. I didn't notice until the next day, but there were streaks on the windows, where water wasn't properly dried, water left on my window sills, in the doorway, and some muddy water puddles left in an entry by a door. It didn't seem like a company, so much as a few guys who got together to clean some windows.

My windows are sparkling clean thanks to Justin! Very respectful and hardworking. He stood by his work and I was a very satisfied customer. Lauren was helpful in making it affordable for me to have my windows cleaned. She did not nickel and dime me like other companies did. I would definitely use them again!

We have 18 large windows with screens (2 In the 2nd floor loft) and a sliding glass door. These 2 gentlemen completed an OUTSTANDING job in only 2.5 hours! Inside, outside, scrubbed the window screens, and cleaned out the window sills! I didn t have to prepare the house in any way. I don t think my windows have ever been this clean! I am so impressed, I highly recommend them!!!
