Very happy with the outcome. Very professional. what I like about LA Carpet is they do not use subcontractor. We shop three places and finally we decide to go with LA Carpet. The price was reasonable and as I mentioned, the workmanship was excellent. I will use them again to remodel my shower in fall

Never heard back from them

They were very professional. Arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They moved the furniture, and did an excellent job of installing carpet in living room and upstairs. I would use them again.

Overall it went pretty well. I was a little disappointed with some of the installation, it has not help up as well as I thought it would. They were on time and the workers worked pretty hard. I can see where the seams are when the carpet comes together. The linoleum is fine, no problem with that. I also felt the selection was a little limited.

Only got a estimate, no work performed.

Made an appointment for them to come out for at home shopping on A saturday at 9:00. No one came. Had to call twice before I could reach someone to figure out what happened. Rescheduled for the following Saturday morning at 9:00. Again no one showed up. Called to complain. The manager called back that same day and said he was very sorry. He would personally be there in 15 minutes and would give a 5% discount for the inconvenience. I waited an hour then left. My husband said the manager finally came a half hour after I left. So, it took 1 1/2 hour when he said 15 minutes. My husband turned him away at the door.

I was very happy with the install and quality of the carpet.

They were great. They were very clean. They were quick and made it look simple.

Started the job and stayed on till done. Had a lot to move outbefore starting the job and they worked hard at getting it moved out. Nothing broke and the carpet looked great .

They are congenial, and they always provide estimates at no charge. The price of the work was fair, and the quality was excellent. They didn't leave a mess, which I apprecitated. I'm a picky consumer, so my high grades and positive comments really mean a lot.

Salesman did an excellent job with follow up. Very pleasant person to work with. Their subs were pleasant and efficient. This is the second time we've used LA Carpet, and this experience was FAR better than the first! My spouse didn't want to use them again (and I don't know why we did), but we believe in a second chance, and they came through.

They did a decent job with the installation. The job seemed to be very quick and somewhat sloppy. To be honest I was not exactly happy with the work they had done. I would not hire them again in the future.

Within 4 days of getting an estimate for our bathroom floors we had our new tile installed. The installers were very good at getting the old flooring removed and disposed of. They took their time to do a really good job of installing the tile. Everything was cleaned up and looked great by the time they left.

We were very happy with our carpet and installation.

It took a week for the materials to arrive which was ok. When they arrived they noticed that they would have to remove tile before we could begin the install. That unfortunately increased their original bid, which, didn't please us. But, when the work was done it was satisfactory. As a result of the additional cost we would not use them again.

WE WERE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR PRICE BUT BECAUSE IT WAS WHAT I WANTED WE WENT WITH THEM. THEY QUOTED ME ONE PRICE BUT CHANGED ANOTHER WHEN THEY STARTED THE JOB BUT THE GUY WAS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DID. EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. LOOKS GREAT!

VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WOMAN GREETED US WHEN WE CAME IN THE DOOR, WE TOLD HER WHAT WE WANTED. WE BOUGHT A COUCH AT THE STORE NEXT DOOR AND I WENT OVER AND ASKED HER IF THE COUCH WENT WITH THE CARPET WE WERE BUYING AND SHE CAME RIGHT OVER.
