The only thing that surpassed the excellent workmanship of the patio cover was the service provided prior to the installation. Frank provided the plans and city permit for which I am extremely grateful.

I was so relieved to find Frank with Factory Direct Patios!. I wanted to replace the eye sore of a patio cover in my backyard and Frank contacted me right after I requested a quote. He came over with samples of products that would be installed. This impressed me because the other companies quoting me just gave me a flat rate without giving me an idea of what I would be buying. He showed me the pros and cons of each product and helped me choose the best material for my patio cover. He walked me through the whole process and kept me informed. *Update to my prior review.: Frank did an outstanding job to make sure everything was completed and that we were satisfied. He made good on the prior promises that were made by another individual. My prior lower rating was based on the other individual (who is no longer with the company). Once I discussed the problem with Frank, he immediately stepped in and took action and solved the problem. We really appreciate the effort he put in to get everything resolved.

Eric and Frank were awesome! They came with 2 trucks and 5 guys and put up my beautiful patio cover in 1 day! They worked hard all day, their crew was very professional ,clean and they did a great job. . They came back the next morning to finish some of the electrical and it looks awesome! I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Factory Direct Patio Covers. Eric and Frank and the rest of the crew delivered as promised. They took down the old patio cover in one day and did not charge for hauling away the old wood. They assembled the new Alumawood patio cover in one day as well. The price was very good. I had another bid from a company using the same manufacturer and materials and their estimated cost was more than double the cost that I paid to Factory Direct. The job was professionally done and my new patio cover looks great!
