DAY'S CARPET CLEANING

It was hard to get our appointment scheduled.

The carpet were cleaned adequately.

He damaged my base boards in the bathrooms. He did not seem to be and quot;into it.and quot;

Good, but the stains came back after about a month

I live on the East Coast. I found Tim on Angie's List and saw his great reviews and gave him a call to clean the carpet in a newly purchased 5 bedroom house in South Corona. On the phone Tim is super professional and obviously knows his business. Lots of other cleaners are basically coming with machines that you can rent at Home Depot or Walmart. Time comes with a real industrial vacuum that is actually his truck. Cleaned all the carpet upstairs and on the stairs. Did a awesome job. Carpet was already clean before he came but looked almost new after he was done. He also made it easy for a remote landlord by sending my bill via mail and I was able to pay him through the mail. Would definitely use his services again and again. Great prices considering the level of service.

The price was really fair because he did a lot. I like him because he loves what he does. He is very knowledgeable about carpeting fibers and on how to treat them. We have pets and he knew how to handle the discoloration from the pets sleeping or mishap. He just knows his business. He has been at it a long time. He has a great work ethic. He calls and is on time. If he isn't going to be on time, even five minutes late, he will let you know when he is coming and if there is any problem you discover later, he comes back to take care of it. He likes doing a good job.

It was good. He was prompt and on time. He was competitive on his price but on the high end rather than the low end. He was very thorough. He came with a helper. He was the owner and made sure everything was done correctly.

After a year of purchasing our home, it was time to have the carpets cleaned. I found Day's Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List and since they were given an "A" and local, I scheduled an appointment. The minimum was $125, which I felt was reasonable. They are also owner operated, which was another compelling reason I went with them. Kendall came on the date and timeframe agreed upon, was professional and curtious. Kendall went through the house and measured living room, office and two bedrooms; I was quoted $182. My home is about 1,300 sq. ft. and these rooms make up most of the floor space. The equipment they use is very high-end and impressive. Kendall was able to get out two trouble spots and the carpet now looks like it did when we bought the house - very happy! I was so pleased with theoutcome I rounded the quote up to $200. Kendall mentioned the company moved to Corona, but most of their customers are still in the Long Beach area. He said he's been doing this since he was nine, which puts him at probably 20+ years of experience. Very nice guy and great job with the work. We will use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Called them, set up an appointment, they came in, did the carpets and left. They pretreated all the stains high traffic areas.

Father/son team was very responsive to our phone call. Despite our being out of town after our initial call to them, they continued to call us back to talk about the work. Once the date and time was set, they called to say they could come earlier (which worked about better for us). They arrived on time and did a great job on all the areas cleaned. They also suggested that entire areas do not necessarily need cleaning; that spot treatments would do. Office carpet was the dirtiest and they did a great job of getting out some stubborn spots.

I've been using this company for a number of years. I thought I'd give them a rating on Angie's list because they are always so good. On time, within their quote, quality work. Friendly and reasonable.

HE SHAMPOOED IT AND SCRUBBED IT. YOU KNOW BASICALLY THEY SUCK ALL THE STUFF OUT AND BRUSH IT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE DIRECT OWNER WAS EXCELLENT. HE IS JUST COURTEOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN CARPET, HE IS VERY EXPERIENCED IN CARPET.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY ARE GREAT, THAT'S WHY WE KEEP USING THEM. THEY ARE HERE ON TIME, THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESS, THEY DON'T TAKE TOO LONG TO DO THE JOB AND THEY DON'T MOVE FURNITURE. WE HAVE HAD OTHERS THAT EXPECT US TO MOVE THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE HOUSE. THEY WILL MOVE THE HEAVY STUFF.
