Removal of existing unit went well; bottom plate was a bit of a problem initially but the contractor was prepared to deal with it. The contractor's measurements were right on the mark so the new unit fit perfectly into the location intended for the unit. He was able to secure the new bottom plate, then the rest of the unit with half an hour. The unit was installed within an hour, trim completed for the interior completed within another hour, and another twenty minutes used to seal the unit. Total installation time was three hours. I checked the quality of the installation afterwards and found it done to my satisfaction.
