Description of Work: Jeff replaced all windows in my mother's very old and deteriorated house. He repaired termite damage and water damage to stucco. We were really pleased at the care he took in estimating what was involved, his attention to keeping the cost within our budget, and the overall result. We are thrilled with the result.

+ 0 moreRemoval of existing unit went well; bottom plate was a bit of a problem initially but the contractor was prepared to deal with it. The contractor's measurements were right on the mark so the new unit fit perfectly into the location intended for the unit. He was able to secure the new bottom plate, then the rest of the unit with half an hour. The unit was installed within an hour, trim completed for the interior completed within another hour, and another twenty minutes used to seal the unit. Total installation time was three hours. I checked the quality of the installation afterwards and found it done to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Contractor provided installation of a dual panel sliding glass door unit into the rear of my house after removal of the existing unit. Removal required cleanup of the installation site and prep of the area for proper mounting of the new door unit and sealing of the door unit once the door unit was in place. Interior trim needed to be cut to size and installed as need with consideration as to proper joining between all pieces.
