My Husband and I had our kitchen remodeled by Capital Counters and Cabinets. This was our first major remodel so we were nervous and didn't know what to expect. We got bids from 4 contractors and felt these guys were the most knowledgeable and professional. Juan, Gary and Adam answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The remodel took 6 weeks and even though the inconvenience of not having a kitchen was annoying at times, the outcome was definitely worth it all. Juan, Gary, Adam and all of Capital Counters' employees are true professionals and I am glad we decided to select them to remodel our kitchen. I would definitely recommend them for any project, small or large.

Juan and his crew were efficient and professional. Juan was very helpful in getting samples to view, sending me to the granite vender so I could actually see and choose what granite I was getting, and getting me the best price he could.

The job was done with a high level of craftsmanship and on budget and on time. The countertops fit well and look great. Refaced cabinet doors and drawer boxes make it seem like new construction. Painting was performed well. New drawer sliding mechanisms were worth the extra cost. Only negatives were that the overall management of the job could have been more physically present on the site and more smooth, and a necessary lowering of the sink drain position probably should have been predicted based on the sink we chose. But overall we are very happy with the result and with the price and especially with the work being done well and on time. Note: total project cost was $23,000. Of that amount, Custom Countertops cost was $13,500.

The whole project went very well, Juan and Gary were extremely helpful from the beginning to end. They listened to all my kitchen wishes and were very helpful in staying within our budget. There were a few changes along the way including cabinet door style change right before they actually started . They also stained the cabinets to match my dining room furniture. We rejected 3 samples before agreeing on the color which turned out to be right on. Their skilled workers each had their specialty, cabinet maker, Oscar was very knowledgeable and even had some suggestions which I really liked. Aaron was the countertop guy who did
a beautiful job of installing the granite countertops ,we did have to make a trip back to reselect the granite because when Gary went to inspect the one we chose he found a crack in it so we were met by Gary and Juan they inspected the new selection on site and Aaron was there with pattern of our countertops and layed it out so that we could see exactly how it was going to look in my kitchen. Adam was in charge of plumbing, elecrical, and overall completion of project. I cant forget Mark he installed the backsplash and was very patient with me. I was worried about how that was going to look especially since I was requesting a design over my range. It came out gorgeous! All of these skilled workers were always very friendly and very professional. Through out the entire project if we had any concerns they were immediately addressed and taken care of. I think the biggest issue was an electrical problem that affected our dining room , den area, Adam right away explained to us what happened and assured us it would be fixed right away which it was. They all seem very dedicated and always made sure that we were happy with how things were coming along. I also have to mention that there was alot of dust while the work was going on. They carefully blocked off the area with plastic and covered the flooring with paper which helped but still quite dusty so Iwas plesently surprised when at the completion of the remodel they sent a very nice cleaning lady by the name of Alia she spent several hours here dusting, vacuuming, and making sure everything shined. My husband and I are very happy with the end result and we plan on calling them again when were ready for new flooring and bath remodel.

We called Capital counters for Tile estimate 3 weeks before Christmas. Alex came out took later that day, took measurements, emailed estimate, invited us to showroom that Saturday. Had unbelievable selection of flooring, did awesome job of helping us select tile based on our home décor and needs, was patient, professional, put together contract/pricing that took care of all concerns...began project the following Tuesday.
Alex did great job of communicating/organizing project, checking on job and progress daily, guys did excellent work, project went smoothly from start to finish, completed as agreed in 5 days. Juan owner, followed up on job periodically making sure we were happy with progress/work till finished.
Had 70 family members for xmas, had nothing but compliments on a job well done. Will be calling Capitol Counters for future projects, we could not be happier.

Our friends recommend Capital Countertops to us. We were very pleased after meeting with Juan Orozco that they could meet our schedule needs, as well as our budget. He was punctual and professional. The day of installation the workers were very careful to prepare the worksite to minimize a mess from removal of old countertops. They worked through the day cleaning up After every step. We were very impressed with their craftsmanship. Juan Orozco has been available through out the whole process as well as on site during construction to answer all our questions. Very pleased with the end results and recommend this company.

Crew came in covered all areas of construction carefully protecting homes contents and worksite from any damage or mess. They continually cleaned up after themselves for the 8 plus hours they were here. Each worker was knowledgeable in his area of responsibility and all worked cohesively together.
Juan Orozco, sales representative, was always available to meet us while picking out our stone and also on site the entire time and to answer all our questions and oversee that all was going well during construction.
All workers made sure everything was perfect before leaving and that we were satisfied with the job, which we are.
We are very pleased with all work done and how great all the people who work there have treated us.

I'd like to thank Juan and the people at Capital Counter Tops for a job well done. Juan came on a Friday to measure and that same day he gave me the total price and even redesigned the refrigerator area to fit some nice pantries in exchange for the old ugly setup I had before. The workers started on a Monday and were friendly and professional and did not run into any issues at all. By Wednesday my kitchen and restroom were complete. Thanks again for a job well done guys.

I had done about 10 quotes before we decided on Capital, even though Capital was the first to answer my request. I had a couple companies that bid lower than Capital but we decided to go with Capital because of the efficiency of there response as well as their attentiveness towards our wants. We wanted to save money, so capital allowed us to purchase the kitchen cabinets, so we may build and install them ourselves. We did our own demo. They were very helpful and attentive. We were working at a slow pace since it was just my husband and I doing all the work, but Juan worked extremely fast every time I called him. When we were ready for the counter tops he had everything set up ready to go. There were a few problems with the kitchen cabinets rails but one word to Juan and he took care of it within a day. Adam was great in helping us out answering questions when it came time to build and install the kitchen cabinets ourselves, whether if it were on the phone or through a text message, he answered.
The one thing I do not like is that I never paid any attention to the size of the drawers they are much smaller than my original cabinets, which causes me to use 2 drawers to put 1 drawers worth tools away. As a first time kitchen buyer it is something I should have asked or looked into before purchasing.
Overall There is nothing to complain about Capital Counter tops other than they are amazing. I have already refereed them to 4 friends.

This is the 2nd time we have used Capital Counters, Cabinets and Floors to put quartz countertops in our kitchen and we could not be more pleased with the results. We did a lot of research and had 3 companies come out to give us quotes. Capital Counters, by far, was the quickest to respond, come out to measure, and give us a quote, which was also a better deal than the other 2 companies. The owners, Gary and Juan, are super friendly and knowledgable and will help you to pick out the best countertop that fits your style and budget. They have a wonderful show room in Corona with a wide variety of colors and materials for your countertops. The staff at the showroom was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Once we decided to go with Capital Counters, they were quick to get our countertops installed. We are extremely happy with them!

Juan was very professional from beginning to end. He came to my home and gave me an estimate and then invited me to their showroom to look at all the granite and quartz samples. He also went to two of my neighbors homes and gave them estimates as well. He spent a lot of time and detail with us. The install went without delay. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out great.

Alex was extremely helpful in assisting me to choose my counter top. He made excellent recommendations and he didn't mind when I pulled out all the different sample pieces of each element in my bath (floor, wall tile, mosaic, cabinet) to be sure it all coordinated. He even found a larger sample of the cabinet so I would be sure I liked it. He was very prompt in sending his quote, and they were able to install the next day. Fantastic service. They showed up when they said they would and supplied exactly what I had asked for. They did an excellent installation. I would recommend them for your counter tops. In fact, I already have recommended them to my sister in law.

I worked personally with the owner Juan Orozco for the estimate. He was punctual and provided exceptional customer service. I was able to pick my granite countertop which was overwhelming due to their variety of selection. Whatever color or design you want, they have. On the day of the installation, the contractor arrived 15 minutes early and performed their job without any inconvenience. The installers were very friendly and worked very efficiently. They were done with the job in time and the result was just AMAZING! I love my granite countertops! Although they are located in Corona, they were still able to provide service at my location in Victorville! I recommend Capital Counters to anyone who is interested in getting their kitchen and bathroom remodeled. The store is very clean and all the staff are friendly! Go to these guys when you need to remodel. Prices are really reasonable and they have a good selection of cabinets and stone for your budget to high end remodels. But what really sets these guys apart is customer service and craftsmanship. I have done two kitchen remodels with Juan and can say that they have impressed me each time. They were always on time, easy to get ahold of, and finished the jobs on time. I have hired other contractors in the past and have had to constantly be on top of them to even show up, check their work, and point out flaws. The crew at Capital definitely take pride in what they do. They laid out the cabinets and checked them for flaws. They shimmed and attached each run of cabinets before hanging them. They made sure each run was level and that I was happy with the work. When they installed the granite they were meticulous with the measurements, fittings and the seams were tight and clean. They do clean quality work and they stand by it. I see my kitchen everyday and would not want to trust the remodel to just anyone. My kitchens look amazing and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs work done.

I was referred to Capital Countertops by a friend and honestly I didn't shop around. The price seemed fair and the fact that they were so on top of everything really eased my mind. I got a quote on a Saturday, they came to do the template on Tuesday and were demoing and installing by the following Friday. Not to mention they were NEVER late for an apt which is huge! It was painless and you know that is not the case in most construction jobs. Anytime I needed them they answered the phone or answered my emails instantly. Towards the end of the job, Juan, the owner came by to make sure everything went as planned. They cleaned up and were on their way. I would recommend (and already have) them to anyone who needs their countertops done. The quality of the counters were great, too.

It went great! They walked me through everything from beginning to end. They kept their promises and were very prompt. I can't remember the gentleman's name now, but he came out to measure our area for the pre fab quartz with a selection of countertops to choose from. The payment was easily made via square on that day. The installers came in to do the job and it was beautifully installed. The second measurement happened after my husband created the island. That measurement went great as well and he left samples of the edging for us. We then headed down to Arizona Tile where we found the perfect granite (this was one of their suggested suppliers). While at Arizona Tile we gave the fabricators information and waited for our install date. The installers arrived with our granite and was done within an hour. It was beautiful. The only slight negative for this was when they installed it, it wasn't quite centered. That wasn't a big deal as my husband and I pushed it into place before the glue dried. I did seal the countertop myself because I wasn't sure if it had been done prior. Overall my experience was awesome and I would totally use them again.

After interviewing several companies we decided on Capital after visiting their showroom and meeting the Owners and Melissa the sales representative.. Melissa was so very helpful in assisting us with our selection of cabinets, countertops and backsplash. Capital totally exceeded our expectations for their scheduling (two weeks + two days for the complete project), quality of work and attention to detail, Every individual that worked on our project were respectful and took pride in their work. it went wonderful. Spoke to Carol over the phone and she was out to the house in a few days. Carol gave us several deferent options, never trying to up-sell my wife and I. the crew came out in about week and spent three days on the cabinets. They did an unbelievable job and my wife and I couldn't be happier. I wish I remembered the crews name because they were phenomenal. They were always willing to out their way to insure we were happy with the finish. my neighbors thought we had a total remodel when they saw the work. Truly I cant say enough good thing about this company and would highly recommend them. I took some pictures but it doesn't do it justice.
