Great! They arrived on time, provided a free estimate and were able to schedule the work quickly. They even fixed an outdoor faucet that previous plumbers didn't want to touch. They performed the work for a flat fee yet didn't rush the job. They also cleaned up well.

I picked these guys off the internet as they looked the most local. (Maybe they are not, but so what?).They scheduled me that day and showed up when they said they would. Joel and Jose petted my barking dog, went over and turned on the garbage disposal. They went out to the truck and Jose bent down and did something to the garbage disposal. It now works. It was a simple tool that I now remembered. They left it with me. All that in less than five minutes. They charged me nothing. I would have paid something because they solved an irksome problem and told me right away I did not need a new garbage disposal.
These guys could have pulled all sorts of stuff and I would have paid for it because I am past knowing how  to fix appliances. They are honest, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I recommend them if you can't fix it yourself.

We emailed Plumbing Solutions and they got back to us right away, scheduling a visit for later in the day. Joel came out with a partner and fixed the leak for free, and gave us some advice on the faucets so we could try to fix ourselves before paying for him to do it, which was very thoughtful! He also gave us a very reasonable quote on a new water heater (ours is 20 years old) which we intend to take him up on. They were both very professional, wore boot covers, and were friendly with our dog!

Extremely well! Joel was very responsive (and quick to do so). He was on-time, friendly and explained each option which was required to address the problem. Rather than sell me a new cartridge as some other plumbers may've done, he advised me to contact Delta for a no-cost replacement (which they did) thus saving me the cost of a part, He then came back to install the cartridge and complete the job.

In short - Joel is great! He was the second technician from Plumbing Solutions to visit our house. The first didn't accurately diagnose the issue and it came back, but Joel more than made up for it. He arrived on time, was great to interact with, explained everything that he was doing and really cared about our understanding the situation as well as his fix. Given the previous misdiagnosis, his entire visit was at no charge at all to us! He even did the more technically challenging fix, in order to minimize cost to us and potential damage to tile in our shower. He was able to get it done quickly and completely fixed the issue. If we have any plumbing issues in the future, we will definitely call Joel!

Joel came out between the alotted time and I explained to him the problem. He snaked the pipes and went down about 30 feet. He was not able to clear the drain but we believed there was clog in the main line. He informed me I should get in touch with the homeowners association and let them know the clog is down further in the line. Joel was kind enough not to charge me and I believe he did all he could do. I would definitely use plumbing solutions again.

Joel responded very quickly when I requested a visit. He came the next morning, on time, and was very friendly and helpful. He had excellent knowledge and was very clear in his explanations. We would definitely call him and his team again and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient plumber.

Joel answered my call promptly and scheduled a two hour arrival window within three hours of my call. He arrived early in the time window and was courteous and professional. He took the time to assess the situation completely before formulating a plan. He gave me a verbal estimate before commencing work. 

The problem involved a three toilets not flushing properly - one actually clogged. At first, it seemed a simple snaking of a conveniently located cleanout would solve the problem, but two of the toilets apparently were not on the same drainpipe. Joel worked hard to clear each toilet using augers and a snake. He tried to avoid removing a toilet, but ultimately had to remove one to complete the job. He told me that the Toto toilets are difficult to remove, but he completed the removal, snaking and replacement in less than an hour. He also cleaned the work area thoroughly. My only minor criticism would be some marks left in the bottom of two toilet bowls from the snake. He was trying to avoid having to remove the toilet and the additional cost which I appreciate. I just would have appreciated him mentioning this possibility. I believe the marks can be removed with Barkeepers Friend.

Joel's work-ethic is tops. The job threw a few curveballs but he was never discouraged and completed the task in a friendly, efficient manner. I would not hesitate to use Joel and Plumbing Solutions in the future. 

Joel came out during the appointment window and provided me with two options.  One under two hundred and another just over two hundred.  I chose the snake option ($220) because I wanted to make sure it would work and wasnt sure the blow out option would fix it.  

He snaked the line twice and made sure that everything was working correctly.  He noted that because he didnt find any clog material, the issue could be a dip in the pipe.  If that was the case, then the problem could come back as gunk built up in the dip.

- Gave me two options at very reasonable prices
- Worked to make sure he didnt come through the house as much as possible (keeping things clean)
- Cleaned up the work area
- Didnt try and oversell (solved the problem and then indicated possible cause)
- Responded immediately and got there the same day
