The service was excellent. Jim great when it comes working with his customers. His mechanics are knowledgeable in all aspects of the machinery and do a thorough job inspecting the vehicle. I went on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment, and was able to get service immediately. They recommended a specific brand.
They offered to check the Internet for competitor's deals, and found a slightly cheaper set, with a shorter warranty.
I went ahead and bought the tires.
They said it will take about a hour. It took 1 1/2 hours.
They handed back the car key when I paid for the tires, but the car was left unlocked. Not a big deal for me, but it may be for someone else.

They were very helpful and steered me towards less expensive tires of great quality with a longer warranty for my daughter's car. I'm very satisfied!
