I was very pleased when Norman, whom I believe to be the owner came to my home 1 hour after calling to make an appointment. He was extremely helpful and showed me many options as I wanted to replace my old central air unit. The estimate was extremely detailed. I was pleased with the final cost and installation was scheduled for the next day. The installation went smooth and the new unit is so quite and the air blows strong, it's so nice.
