Damian came to my house from a request I put in through Home Depot. Before coming out I did my research thoroughly and found that Kinectio has one of best water systems. When he arrived it was nothing but a good experience from then on. He was very informative and answered all the questions my wife and I had.

Mike came out to give me a presentation about the water softener system and the drinking water station.  I did my research first on different options for an under the sink drinking water filtration system after being alerted by the city that we have a high level of Chromium 6 (a harmful contaminant) in our water supply.  A friend recommended this company and I was pleased to see that they were already reviewed on Angie's List.  Mike gave a very thorough presentation and showed me how hard my water is and that the Kinetico would soften it. He explained all the benefits that their system would provide.    So I decided to have both the whole house water softening system and the drinking water station installed, although it cost more than I expected.  It is made in the U.S. and has a ten year warranty so it's probably worth the price.
A few days later, a plumber came out and installed the equipment out at the side of my house.  He installed the K5 drinking water station under the kitchen sink and also went under my foundation to hook it up to my refrigerator so I can have cold water and ice cubes and no longer need to buy refrigerator filters.  He was here all day and did an excellent job.
A month later they sent out a technician who checked out all the equipment to make sure it was working properly.  He also answered my questions that had come up regarding turning off valves if needed, maintenance, etc.  I appreciated that all of these employees arrived when they said they would and did a great job.
 The only negative was not being told ahead of time about the maintenance costs involved in both systems. So be sure to ask about these details if you're not told during the initial presentation.

Everything went very smoothly...the installation was very good.  It took about 2 hours and the gentleman was very professional and nice.  Our water has never been better since the installation...

I initially had a problem with the installation of the water softener but they came out and made it right. I would recommend them to anyone. They are fantastic. The water is 100% better.

Mike came as scheduled and made a 2-hour presentation that included testing our water's hardness and showing how almost magically the Kinetico system softens the water. He spoke at length about benefits, comparisons with other water-softening systems, etc. he could have cut to the chase because we had done our research and were already convinced it was the best system for us, despite the steep price. We have a well in our new house and the water is 30 times harder than municipal tap water, and would have destroyed our new appliances, for starters. The techs came early and were pleasant, professional and efficient. They wore booties over their shoes to protect our hardwood floors, and worked cleanly and quickly. They gave us valuable information and advice on what to do, what to expect, how to use much less soap or detergent, etc. One of the techs (they were father and son) even went into the crawl space to check if they could run the RO piping to the fridge "invisibly." Our system works very well. Highly recommended!

Professional, punctual, respectful, considering every detail of the installation so as to make my ongoing use and maintenance as seamless as possible. Educated me about the system. Made it easy for me to remember the next check in. Called later to make sure that everything was working as planned. This is a high quality product, start to finish.

Moving to the San Joaquin Valley from San Mateo County, we had no need for a water system. Lorenzo  Guzman is the representative from AAA Water Systems that came to our home. He introduced us to this wonderful system. He tested the water and explained everything, I mean everything to us. The company, the water softener system, the reverse osmosis system, and what  the water test revealed . We asked questions and he answered them. We were so impressed with Lorenzo and the system we did not have to think about it. Adam was the installer and he did a great job. He walked me through it once the system was up and running. Its pricey, however well worth it when it comes down to my family and pets health.

Initial conversation with Joe went really well. After shopping around for a few weeks and speaking to several service providers we ultimately decided that the Kinetico product was the one we wanted in our home. The installer (unfortunately I can't recall his name) did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the quality of our water. The price is fairly high, but we truly believe that the investment is well worth it.

AAA Water Systems installed the unit and has maintained it for 9 years.  They always show up when they say they will be here and every technician has been polite, professional and helpful. They are thorough, quick and efficient, explaining to me what needs replacing and why.  
We recently had problems with our well water and had to have the water tested several times.  When I dropped off the water samples in Concord, the office personnel have also been polite and professional.  
Tony has called me within a couple of days of dropping the water samples off, explaining what he has found and tells me how to best proceed.  It is so nice to feel like your water system is in such capable hands.  

They have always been very professional and have handled some very difficult issues with my well water. Tony has always been there to help and there is no issues to big for them to handle.i highly recommend them.

Great group of guys, this was a free test for buying a new appliance and it was amazing how hard the water was! Very informative, not a high pressure sale.

The quoted a water softener system for my home.  While it seems like a very high quality product,  it was VERY expensive,  3 times what others charge.  No follow up,  in spite of a request for an alternative product.

The installer Scott was professional and efficient.  He obviously knew what he was doing. He had the system up and working in a matter of hours.  The water is so noticeably better.  We had well water and now I can actually use it to cook and drink for the first time in 4 years. Initially I thought the price was a bit high but now I am convinced you get what you pay for and I am extremely happy with the system.

Everything went great.  The testing was as expected and the present was wonderful.  Decided on purchasing a water softener and a drinking water filter (RO).  Everything went well the installation was very professional.  You can tell by the quality of work on the plumbing for the water softener.  The only gripe that I have was that I wish the plumber would have told me that they were going to drill a hole in order for the drain tube to access one of the outside main drainage pipe.

They were prompt, polite, professional.  Were not high pressure sales people.  I needed to replace my softner and I took my tiime about making a decision.
They are human and therefore not perfect.  When there was a hiccup, their service recovery was excellent.  I can only give them high praise.
The different techs and the folks in the office (who answer the phones and provide the kind of service that leaves you with a smile) all appeared to take responsibilty for the success of the buisness.
Once a tech was sick and they had to reschedule.  The lady recited my preferences (which I had gave her when setting up the appt), Early in the day window, first call stop if possible, etc.  They met or exceeded my expectations everytime.
