William Roper was easy to work with, and did a great job! I had two medium-sized trees trimmed and a ficus tree removed from my property. William quoted a fair price and completed the work as promised. I was able to pay him via PayPal, which made the transaction very easy. I would recommend Rope Tree Surgeon & Landscaping, and will use him again!

I needed to remove a dead oleander tree that was about 15 feet tall and about 5 -6 feet wide. Also needed to prune the roots of ficus trees that were buckling up the concrete sidewalk. Mr. William showed up on time, had a staff that was well trained, had the proper machinery, and completed the job in about three hours. He did an excellent job. My only suggestion for improvement: Can you please tune the machinery so it's not so loud, so my effort to beautify my home does not take away my neighbor's peace, comfort, and quiet; and my own. Many thanks for a job well done.

Mr. Roper, came out to provide estimate, we negotiated and settled on a fair price. He provide an text as to service time for the day, his team arrived and cleared the area and did the job, 2 over grown trees taken down, root solution applied, his team was offered water, they cleaned up and were thanked and paid. Timely and Professional.

William and crew worked quickly and professionally. They dug up roots from the tree next door and placed a barrier under underneath the surface to keep them from returning. When they were finished the ground was leveled, bricks were back in place and my yard looked better than ever.

Roper Tree Surgeon and Landscaping I am almost reluctant to write this review, since everything that I have to say is negative this provider has no redeeming features at all. So I'll just start at the beginning. I picked this company after interviewing 3 tree trimming companies, since Mr. Roper seemed like a reliable man when he came to view the job and to give a quote, which was the most expensive of the 3 by about $150. We set a day for his company to start the work, which was to begin between 7 :30 and 8 :30 am. At 10 am he had not shown up so I called Mr. Roper who said that the traffic was very bad. He, and his workers, eventually arrived at 10 :40 without the wood chipperused to break down the branchesâ he said it was just finishing up another job and would be here in an hour. This should have made me thinkâ hmm! perhaps the reason that he was so late was that he snuck in another job prior to starting mine? We then talked about the job, which involved trimming a very large jacaranda treeâ particularly reducing its height, removing some branches that were too close to the house, and shaping it. After about an hour I went out to see how it was going and all seemed to be well as he was largely concentrating on reducing the height. After about 3 hoursâ 1:30 pm-- I again went out to see their progress (heâ d said it would take about 4 hours) and to my utter horror, this is what I found ! My beautiful jacaranda tree hardly existed anymore! It had been butchered! To make matters worse (if that was possible) his workers had dragged all of the branches into the alley and piled them up against our tenants garage doorsâ and left! Four of our tenants were unable get their cars outâ as you can see in this photo. I started calling Mr Roper to find out why heâ d just left, and to get him back to take care of this messâ but he was now not answering his phone! Eventuallyâ 3 hours later-- when I was frantically trying to get another company out to cut up and remove all of these branches, so that my tenants could get their cars out (one lady had to cancel a dentist appointment !) he and his chipper machine showed up, claiming that heâ d been called away on an emergency job! (Remember that heâ d promised that the chipper would be here an hour after he first came to my propertyâ it arrived 6 hours later !). It then took only an hour to break down all of the branches. So there it is. This may not be the worst service Iâ ve ever had from a company, but it certainly is in the top 3. If my jacaranda has been killed by Mr. Roper and his butchers, his company will be hearing from meâ otherwise I am just relieved to get Mr. Roper out of my life forever, and sorry that I ever let him into it. Caveat emptor!
