I called Air One because my A/C went out. It was over 100 degrees outside and they came the same day to help me out. The technician answered my questions/concerns I had. He did not make me feel like I was asking dumb questions which I probable was about the A/C. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Now I am sitting in a cool house and Air One will now be my Air Conditioning Company I call for help. Thank You.

I actually called a different company first. RKM did not have any availability for almost a week and my upstairs ceiling was soaked from the air handler in the attic. I needed help NOW and RKM recommended Air One. What a delight to deal with! They were able to get someone out the same day. They set an appointment between 12 and 2 but they called me early and said that the technician had completed the earlier appointment quickly and so they asked it he could come right over. He was there by 12 and gone by 1. They even sent a text stating that he was on his way and gave me his name. Albert showed up and was completely above board. My home unit is almost 30 years old and every time we have someone come out to service it or do a tune up they always, ALWAYS, recommend a new unit (at a cost of between 5-6K). I told Albert what was going on and he showed me the problem with a clogged drain. As it turns out, the drain that has been draining the condensation water for the past few YEARS was the overflow drain. The overflow drain will take over if the regular drain is plugged. So apparently this has been an issue for a long, long time. Albert cleared the drain and put in a clearing valve so that it can be cleared again without taking the plumbing apart. Albert gets an "A" for professionalism, honesty, speed, and knowledge. He explained the problem to me in layman's terms and did not talk down to me. And NO hard sell trying to get us to replace both of our old units. He did his thing and went on his way. I know I'll need to replace them sooner rather than later but they still work! Albert would have gotten an "A++" but I hate to say that he did not glue one of the elbow PVC fittings and it started leaking into my ceiling again, actually into the fire alarm which set it off and let me know that it was a problem. But, a little PVC glue on the fitting and viola, good to go. I have to thank Air One and Albert for their responsiveness and integrity. Those old units of mine will need replacing eventually. I know who I'll be calling to do the job. Thank you Air One. And thank you Albert!

After spending over 800.00 and replacing 2 parts heater was still not blowing hot air. They were supposed to return but I cancelled the appt. It was very cold and did not want to wait so I had it fixed by someone else and found it was miss diagnosed. They did replace capacitor that I was told was going to go out. Don't know if I needed it but I will give the benefit of the doubt.

I was not observing, but they did call me before each new item. The fact that they charged for each supply line to the lavatory as if it was a separate evolution - separate call-out $145 for the faucet installation and $95 for each new supply line to the lav

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. I would contact them again when I need service.

The first initial estimated arrive time was between 11 to 1 but I received a call stating that the tech will arrive between 1 and 2 needless to say he arrived well after 2. After he arrived he gotten straight to work once I told him what the problem was. He was honest with equipment that needed to be replace. He was gracious to waive the inspection fee, I appreciate that. He used my water hose line to clean the A/C exterior housing and I didn't have an issue with that. He also used one of his water hose line and disconnected my line in order to use his, the only issue that I had is that he didn't reconnect my water hose back the way he found it before he used it.

Technicians were professional, fast, and on time. They knew were the leak was and used nitrogen to clear the clog in the pipe. They made suggestions for leak prevention for the future, but was not pushy about selling the extra product. I will use them again for ac maintenance.

The Serviceman "Ricky" showed up on time if not a few minutes early. He asked me if I had any concerns and when my last service was.  I explained it had been a while and questioned hi about air duct cleaning as well.  I asked if it was ok to observe what he was doing and he said sure.  My outdoor unit was really dirty and he explained how he could tell my fan motor was on its way out.  When we came inside he discovered although I had kept my indoor filter clean, I had installed it backwards.  He checked my airducts and suggested it may not be a good idea to have them cleaned, because they about 25 years old.  He explained that a cleaning company would come in and insert a big brush and go through the duct system, being so old the ducts may rip or become dislodge.

Air One Heating and Air Conditioning provided just about the best service ever! Here's a review from start to finish...When I called Air One, the customer service rep was very friendly and was able to book an appointment right away. The service technician, Ricky showed up the very next day and was ON TIME! (You don't see that very often) The Service Tech asked a few preliminary questions to find out what was going on with the A/C Unit, we explained that the A/C was taking very long to cool the house. After Ricky looked over the Unit and ran some diagnostics Ricky was able to tell us that we simply needed a maintenance. There was nothing broken, just needed to be serviced, which made sense since we haven't maintenance in about 2 years. At the end of the day, Air One was GREAT! and we will definitely be giving them a call back!

Ricky from Air One came and quickly installed the water heater. He was thorough, and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and showed me how to light the pilot light just in case it goes out. He was very conscientious, and completely cleaned up everything at the conclusion of the job. Very impressed with this company. Great price, great people, can't beat that!

They were really good. They made me really happy. They took their time to show me everything and they talked to me and explained everything. They are willing to work with you as much as they possibly can. They did an amazing quality job. They were clean. They respected the fact that I had wood flooring and they put a carpet down so that they didn't damage my floor when they were working. I had no bad experience with them. They came down twice to do two different jobs for me. I have a baby and she was having a nap when they came over so, they were trying to be as quiet as possible. They cleaned up my cabinet before putting in the new unit and they had to make a special piece to make it fit perfectly. They went above and beyond their professionalism.
