They were recommended to me. The price wasn't much and I do remember thinking I would definitely use them again. The price was reasonable. I haven't had any problems since they left. I know I wasn't upset with them.

He was knowledgeable and reasonable. He didn't take advantage and was very professional. He didn't mislead me. Some companies will come out and tell you something to take advantage of you, and he did not do that.

The service technician was very nice and he was very thorough. In fact, I think he went above and beyond for what he needed to do. He even crawled under my house to look at the dusting, when there was nothing wrong with the dusting under my house. They came out the same day that I put the warranty request in. The workers were very professional, respectful, perfect.

Our warranty company sent them out to fix our oil burning heater. Over the course of a month, they came out three times because the heater kept breaking after they thought they had it fixed. They didn't know how to fix it, and so they blamed the problem on our chimney, which our warranty company would not cover. We knew it wasn't our chimney, so we had a second opinion from another heating specialist and they had the problem diagnosed immediately. Now we can't get the warranty (Fidelity) to pay the company who fixed it. Edwards dragged the problem out for over a month and then abandoned ship. If it wasn't for this company, our heater would have been fixed and paid for under warranty. I made many calls asking the owner (Jeff) to please see if they could contact the warranty company to help us get reimbursed and they could not be bothered. There were other issues like not showing up when they said, and dragging out the process claiming they were waiting on a part (which was not true). I really felt like the people working at Edwards were incompetent and lazy. They ended up costing us a lot of money, because we also now have to have our chimney cleaned again because they advised us to keep resetting our heater which loaded so much gas into the thing, the chimney is covered in soot again. 

They made a mistake and drilled a hole in my Freon line and then charged me for more Freon. I was not satisfied.
