Morse Termite & Pest Control

We're using them every month, the service was fine, they were very professional and on time.

We paid almost $1000.00 for termite protection, Morse company was supposed to recheck for termites in one year. One month after check due date we called to inquire why they had not come to recheck only to be told that they had mailed us 3 letters and because we had not responded the contract was void. We never received any letters nor were we having problems with missing mail. The thing is that this company routinely call our house to schedule pest spraying, (we had contracted for regular monthly service) if they could call to schedule monthly spraying, why didn't they call to ask why we had not responded to their letters? So now after paying so much money we don't know if our termite problem was taken care of!

We have them on a monthly retainer. They're very good and courteous. We have 2 dogs in the back yard and they are very careful to not let them out. We had some cobwebs in our garage and they came back and took care of it. It's $45 a month for the service plan. They're very responsible and dependable. The staff is very courteous. Whenever we've called with any questions or concerns they are very responsive.  They have good quality professional service. They come when we're not here and take care of it. I don't have to worry about bugs anywhere. They came when we first moved here and sprayed everything inside my house and were very careful, didn't break anything. They made sure everything was moved and did so with no complaints. They were friendly, nice and very professional. They are a little more expensive. We haven't had any bugs or anything. I trust the products they're using because I do have 2 cats and 2 dogs. They are careful with their products. They come on the days they say they are going to be here. They call us the day before to let us know they are coming.

Beyond expectations! Prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and polite. More than willing to clearly explain and show me the findings. Could not have been more impressed - from the first phone call with Sheila to the service appointment with Daniel. I feel VERY confident and comfortable and HIGHLY recommend Morse Termite & Pest Control.

We found termite queens swarming from a wall on our front porch. Daniel from Morse was out the next day to inspect and confirm that the termites were subterranean. He answered all our questions and provided a fair quote. The actual service was delayed twice because of rain but that was not their fault and was agreed to by both parties. Daniel arrived on time, performed the work as described in the quote, and left everything neat and clean. He even used concrete and not just caulking to fill the drill holes in the cement.

One of the first calls when we bought our house was to Doug for pest control. They have always been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. When we thought we might have termites, he was quick to come out and double check and put us at ease - without any additional charges. They give me peace of mind, and I've rarely seen anything alive in the house that wasn't supposed to be there. Highly recommend.

Overall, they are pretty good, but I think price-wise, they are a little pricey. The cost of their service is like $90 each service so it is $360 per year. They are all nice. The work they did should be okay. They solved the problems. The price range is my only problem with them.

I have been using Morse Pest Control for monthly service on both my home and my rental property for several years now. I've never had a problem, and the couple times when I did (ants in the house) they came out right away and took care of it. Great people, great company.

I found Morse Termite and Pest Control through Angie's List. As the prior reviews I read were appealing, I contacted them through Angie's List over the weekend. It's of worth to say that I contacted them during the weekend along with two other companies I'd found on Angie's list. I didn't recieve a timely response from one other company and one company didn't respond at all. I simply mentioned in the message that I'd been told of termites at my home and needed to get a quote. It wasn't like I was requesting work for free...I was puzzled why there would have been a delay in responding by the other companies. 
I was contacted by the owner Doug through messaging on Angies's list Sunday, with a message advising i would get a call Monday morning by 8am. Doug actually called me at 7:55am. I was very pleased already with his promptness. He made an appointment for me to meet with him at the rental house the next day (Tuesday). Tuesday came and I recieved what I thought was a very fair estimate...no need to wait around for the "others" to contact me for a quote. I signed a contract that day and the termite service commenced by that Thursday. Doug and his crew (I believe his son Matt Morse does the termite treatment. Attention to detail and customer service doesn't stop short with Doug) were courteous, professional, thorough and nice enough to place reminder calls. I was so pleased that I asked about regular service at my new residence. 
Upon the first regular pest control treatment, the technician gave me a reminder call and was early to the appointment which worked out GREAT as we were about to head out of town. I told him of the problems/concerns (we were infested with black widows on the outside and tiny spiders on the inside. Kurt was extremely patient with our requests and tended to our concerns with no problems...being patient while we moved the dogs inside vs outside depending on where he was spraying. He sprayed our back shed at our request and also the garage. He was timely, polite and thorough. 
We have now had two regular services. Kurt was so kind as to call with a reminder of his forthcoming visit (the visit was a Monday so he took the time to call on a SUNDAY...that's dedication to customer service!). This was such a great touch because we need to know about visitors so our German Shepherd can be placed in the house for the day as she has a very mennacing bark and doesn't take kindly to strangers entering the back yard. 
Overall, I haven't experienced this kind of customer service in a very long time, even from Nordstroms...the customer service superstar. And...it's from a pest control company...who'd have thunk it? I firmly recommend Morse Termite & Pest Control to anyone. 

It's going very well so far. I get a reminder phone call the night before they come out to service my home and they have always been very courteous and professional. Within 3 months, I have already noticed a significant reduction in pests/bugs around my property.

It went well and it was pretty routine.  He sprayed the house the garage and the storage shed  - dog house and he knocked down all of the spider webs.   He sprayed for ants and outdoor roaches.    He made sure that our 3 doggies  were put in the house, before he started spraying too.

We came home from vacation to find that termites had infested our kitchen cabinets. We called Morse Termite & Pest Control and the owner came out right away. He was very professional and took time to explain how this had happened and what they would do to get rid of the infestation.  Since we have multiple pets he assured us that the chemicals they would be using were safe and we would only need to keep them away from the house while they were applying the treatment.  Once we agreed to the treatment plan and signed the contract they were out there the next day to start working. They provided service according to the timeline we had agreed upon.  We were so happy with their service we decided to have them perform a monthly pest service for our home. We have been very happy with the service they provide. I paid $1,200 for the termite service and I pay $34.00 for month pest control.

I called Morse Termite & Pest Control. They were absolutely great to work with. They got right on it with me. They had me go check it out and I had someone come in and clean and there were still signs. So they cleaned it out again and I have been using their service ever since and pay them monthly. They are easy to work with and accommodating with scheduling for any needs. My tenants can also call this company and they know exactly where to go and what to do.

They a very, very thorough! There is nothing they miss. Whenever they leave, you can see the results! They kill everything bad you can see! We have had no more trouble with spiders since they have done service for us!

They call us and we un-lock our back gate. They remind us the day before and we don't have to be home when they do the service. I can call and email them and they are very responsive.

They are a great company and they did a great job. Their pricing was good too.
