Brent arrived as scheduled to repair our air conditioner after another service person couldnâ t fit us in his schedule and didnâ t know when he could. Brent is very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. After 2 nights of unbearable heat, in 100+ consecutive days, even with using fans, my 84 yr old husband was finally able to get a good nights sleep. Will definitely call him again if and when the need arises and highly recommend him.

He is a specialist. Very knowledgeable about all phases of the heating and air conditioning equipment. I am hireing him for future work on my ducting also. He completed what he said he would when he said , the same day. He noticed another part was weak and gave me a quote and time frame to repair, called and repaired on time for what I was quoted. Will not use another .

Best was great, he came when promised and stayed late to ensure everything was working. The next day he came by the house to make sure everything is working as expected. I have dealt with many skilled labors and Brent is the best. If needed I will hire him again. The price was fair, actually for the job performed the price was more then fair. The air conditioning went out during the nite. We were having 105-degree days. I placed a phone call in the morning and Mr. Kasner responded right away and we had air conditioning back by noon. Thanks again from the whole Tehaney family....Great Service!!

The 5 Star rating for quality and customer service is too low! Brent deserves 10 Stars! He arrived within an hour of our 1st contact and completed the job within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and wiling to explain what was needed to fix the problem. Brent's fee was nearly half of the other quotes. Extremely reasonable rates After 9+ years with my old A/C company, I'm using Kasner's from now on.
