The provider set an appointment with us and due to rain rescheduled for the following week.  They arrived on time and finished in half a day.  It was amazing.  They were so very nice and professional and cleaned up all the mess and it looks fantastic.  I would certainly recommend them again.  We had a HUGE front window and I was afraid that alone was going to drive up the cost but the price we were quoted (which as a good two thousand lower than the competitor) was really good and we are VERY happy with the work they did.  I highly recommend their work.

When I got the glass home and put them in place on the cabinet, I could see that measurements were incorrect -- 1 too short and the other too long.  My friend and I remeasured the area in which I needed glass and wrote those measurements on the glass pieces that I needed to return.  When I arrived at Clovis Glass with the 2 pieces that needed to be re-cut, the employee was courteous and asked questions to assess the situation.  He took the glass I returned to the back of the shop to make the correction.  When he returned with 2 new glass pieces, I offered to pay and he said "no."  He acknowledged that I was enjoying my curio cabinet fixer upper project.  I was very pleased with their employee Mike.  He helped me load the glass.  I was there for only about 30 minutes.  My curio came together so nicely thanks to Clovis Glass and my handy friend who did some gluing and nailing.

Its just fine, they were very professional, they came tout, took the measurement, ordered the window, came back when they scheduled when they're gonna came back, did things quickly, efficiently.

Clovis Glass replaced for us a couple of windows panes and repaired a few broken windows. Work was completed in no time, at the cost agreed on. John, the installer, was very courteous and professional. He was even using slippers in the house. First contractor  I have ever seen doing something like that!

Were able to come out the same day I called them.  They showed up at the time they promised and the 2 young men who handled the call were extremely polite and knowledgeable.

They arrived on time and took one day to install all the windows. They did touch up the next day. The 2 installers knew what they were doing and took a minimum of breaks. They did not waste any time. I had to wait about a week for the door to be installed as their door man was going on a planed vaction and he also was hired to stain the door. Everything came out fine.
The door is very beautiful and it closes better than the old door. The old door would stick.  I also saved money. Other estimates were up to $1,500.00 higher. That's why we got the door. We figured we would use the savings to have a new door installed. Over all we were very pleased.

They did a great job- very efficient and clean.

Everything went well. The installation was very good and in a timely fashion. We're very happy with the service.

They sent someone out to examine all the windows and told me what needed to be done to correct them; they gave me an estimate, the workers showed up on time and completed the work within the estimated price.  The estimate was free. They cleaned up and fixed problems they didn’t know if they’d be able to when they first did the estimate.

Appointment, service rendered and work were excellent. John came in had his equipment ready and replaced the glass in no time. Will use them again and recommend them.

I will admit nearly a week wait was a drag, but we knew it was going to be that long when we scheduled the work. I guess they are victims of their own success, do great work and you'll be booked solid with jobs. Once the repairman arrived he set right to work removing the old parts, putting in the new and even made a small repair to the bottom sill to be sure we had no air leaks (or welcome mats for bugs). He was done in about an hour and cleaned up all the sawdust and metal shavings on the walkway. The door is nice and solid now and we can sleep well knowing all the parts are in place, the doors are secure and not leaking out our precious cooled air. The price was even a bit less than we'd expected. We can't find a negative thing to say about this company so far. We're going to be using them again for sure.

Nick was on time.  Presented a neat and businesslike appearance.  Well spoken and polite.  Not much of a "story" replacing a broken window.
All in all was an above average experience.  Would not hesitate to recommend
 to friends or neighbors

Product was quality and purchase experience was great. The staff was not very helpful unless you know exactly what you want. I wanted to get info on various products and options and most staff didn't seem interested in assisting me. If you know exactly what you want they are great.

We called service places to get an estimate for a glass table top.  Clovis Glass had the most affordable estimate and had the top ready within 24 hours.  The top fit beautifully and we are very pleased.

Slow, Poor customer service. And had to listen to the same bad jokes on hold each time. Replaced window seems fine. Install job when they got here seemed competent.

Clovis Glass repaired screen doors for us (and on another occasion replaced a window). Their service and quality is excellent and do not overcharge. The service reps are hard-working and pleasant, with a can-do attitude. (A side note-I accidentally missed an appointment with them one very hot day - I was mortified but when I called them to apologize they were very nice about rescheduling) We highly recommend them and would use their services again. You may need to phone them yourself if you need to check on any orders pending in their shop, but don't let that put you off- their office staff is very courteous and competent and will get back to you, but my impression is their office is extremely busy (which isn't surprising).
