I'd consider using them again and they were fairly knowledgeable but there were certain aspects of the way he conducted himself that, maybe, I was a little concerned about. However, he seemed to know his trade. Certain things told me he wasn't that experienced; he didn't seem that sure footed when he went up on the roof. If he had worked a lot of chimneys, inspecting them, I would expect him to be a little more comfortable. There also was another instance where he started to pull up carpet without asking and I preferred he hadn't done that. My advice to others would be to get him to express his terms before you proceed.
