They fixed the problem.

They are excellent! They’re good! Everything was an “A” with them. They are here when we need them. It's pretty much the same person that comes out. It depends on what the issue is, if there is a problem or not. If there's a problem then the big guy comes out. We’ve had the owner, everybody. They were very, very good.

I had some minor repairs done, some preventive stuff, and it was about $430. I've been using them for many, many years because they're an A. One person came out for this service and it took him about an hour. He left the area very clean and I had no problems. They're timely. They have a fair price. They explain things. They give me options. They're very professional. They wear booties in the house. Everything that they do is high quality.

Office staff and technicians were easy to work with.

They had to use a Crain it put in on the roof. They did a very good preliminary survey; they showed up when they said they would, they answered all my questions and they did professional job.

We contacted Buckley for a bid. Brian, the owner came out and did it personally. He arrived on time and delivered the bid within the agreed upon timeframe. We were getting multiple bids and Brian was very accommodating in updating his bid so we would have comparable bids on like systems. In the end we went with a different AC contractor with whom we had worked before, but Brian's bids were comparable or only slightly higher and he was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely get a bid from him again in the future, should we need AC again.

Told Kenny my A/C started blowing hot air. I told him that I won't be buying a new system today, if you can fix it in my price range do it. Kenny fixed it. He did what I asked with all my qualifiers. When I'm ready to replace it, Kenny and I will talk. Thanks for your quality work.

These guys are the best.....they have found some problems before we lost our heat or air. They check everything in side and out. If there is a problem, we are giving the chance to fix it now or a later time. Any home owner that does not have this service,....NEEDS to get it. It will save you time and money.

Our interactions with all of Buckley's staff were excellent - from the office staff to the estimator/salesman, Brian Groom, to the installers, Matt and Jake.  Brian listened to our concerns and made several logical suggestions.  Although his final quote was slightly higher than than the other most competitive quote, his approach to satisfy our needs was definitely the best.  Buckley's staff made all the arrangements for the building permit and the PG&E rebate, which we can expect in the next few weeks.
The removal and installation was completed in one day.  the installers were very professional, net, and careful.  In addition, they filled the wall volume were the air-conditioning lines entered the exterior wall with expanding foam to reduce the vibrations, and patched the small holes in the interior wall.  At the end Brian finished the job by using our paint to touch-up the patched holes, the scraped paint around the attic access opening, and the wall area exposed by the installation of the new thermostat.
The Trane units Included were a two-stage gas furnace with variable speed blower motor, an air conditioning system (compressor and coil), and a thermostat.  The 10-year warranty covers labor and parts.
From our experience with Buckley, we can highly recommend this organization.

My AC stopped working during a stretch of hot days. Because the problem was an intermittent problem, when theBuckley technician performed a multipoint inspection of the unit something changed and the AC started working and worked for a few more days before failing again. By this time I had followed the technician's suggestion and replaced the thermostat, which wasn't the problem. Because the Buckley technician did not inform me that I would not be charged an additional fee if the problem reoccurred, it took another company and another service fee to correct the problem. And it cost me $125 more than it should have.
