He came promptly and called us twice to let us know when he would be arriving. He only charged us half of the service call because the work could not be accomplished.

The work was done very neatly. David explained the GFI outlets in my bathrooms. I thought they were missing. David showed me where the GFI outlet was for the bathrooms, and explained how they work. I was very satisfied with the work. David was a little late, but more than made up for it with a tardiness discount!

David was very prompt in responding to my request (same day) and set up a timely appointment (within the week). He successfully diagnosed the problem with the security light and had all the parts with him to fix it on the spot. He was great about showing me how to replace smoke detector batteries on my own and didn't laugh about the request in the first place :-). He also showed me how he fixed the doorbell so I can maintain it going forward. He wisely pointed me back to my appliance warranty terms to fix my range light, which showed he was looking out for my pocketbook. Overall, his service was great, & I appreciate that he was willing to help me with several small ticket items. I found his company on Angie's List. This was the first time I've used his company, and I would go back for future requests.

David returned my call promptly, gave me a referral, and we had a very pleasant informative conversation.

David really communicates with his customers. He took a lot of time to discuss the situation on the phone before he ever came out, and he stayed in contact with me so I knew exactly when he was going to arrive. In fact, he was very responsive, and able to fit me into his schedule the day after I initially called him. Not only is he an excellent electrician, but he also takes the time to explain to you what he is doing, and help you learn how to do it yourself, if you're interested. He's got great energy and a great personality, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his business. In addition to all this, he followed up several times to make sure everything was working. All in all, he's an experienced professional and a fun guy to boot!

Dave gave us a written estimate and presented insurance and license documentation on his first visit. Solo contractor and does all the work himself. He called us the next week to do the installation. His first job of the day ran longer than expected, so he called us no less than 3 times to tell us that he was running a bit late. We REALLY appreciated this since most contractors don't seem to call you when they're late. He installed the chandeliers and re-wired a cabinet which required another electrical outlet install. Foyer light was hanging from a ceiling 16 feet high which made access difficult. Instead of complaining or doing a half-hearted job, he went up and down the ladder until he felt completely satisfied with the work. So it went for all the others. He is a perfectionist and asked our approval "to make sure everything's right". Very honest. Did not take our money though we attempted to overpay him. Even offered to come back if "anything he did needed adjustment".

Mr. Brannan arrived on time. He quickly found the problem. He stayed for a while to answer my questions about what had happened and why. He suggested ways I could avoid a repetition of what had occurred.

Dave Brannan responded to our phone call quickly. Although there was a slight delay due to personal reasons, Dave kept in contact with us and followed through with his appointment. Dave is VERY knowledgeable about anything electrical. We could tell that he takes pride in what he does and will not do a poor job. He was respectful of what we wanted and made helpful suggestions on the best options. We are very pleased with our new ability to turn on the landscape and deck lights from inside the house! We hope to use Dave Brannan's services for future electrical needs.

He was very nice, nice personality, efficient, and prices were reasonable. He got all the work done in a timely manner.

This was a follow up visit. He was finishing up the work he had already started when he got sick. Mr. Brannon seems to be a very good electrician. He is very friendly. He is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. He's not always on time, but he was sick when he was doing this work, which I'm sure played a part in that. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Dave, a the sole employee of his own company, is very knowledgeable and professional. He returned calls promptly and arrived on time. He was thorough and worked quickly. And, most importantly, he solved the problem. I would certainly call him again.
