"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the review. Andrey told me that you had the heavier wood door. Usually with those doors, they have about 30% more noise then your standard steel door. A regular door weighs around 150 pound average. The wood door averages out anywhere 500-1000 pounds where they take a much harder beating on all moving parts. There is nothing really we could have done for you and think it is unfair to take your money when nothing would have been done anyways."

"Thank you [Member Name Removed]for taking your time and giving us a review. We are sorry that we could not install your outside keypad. We carry the universal keypads that are compatible to 95% of the openers out there. Sometimes when the opener is too old or the opener got discontinued, they keypad is not compatible to those units. This is why I came up with a solution and also gave the customer a choice of rollers, remote, or bottom weather seal. Again our hands are tied on some of these problems. As far as mentioning anything wrong or possibly might be a problem in the near future is our companies policy. That is part of the inspection. If we keep our mouth zipped and tomorrow your springs or the opener goes out, we will get slapped on the wrist. I hope you understand where we are coming from and hope we can make things right in the near future"
