Did the job when others would not. Creative solutions. Had them do more work while they were here after they made an attractive offer. Probably paid a premium, but the job was tougher than most. Only a minor complaint that they slacked off a bit when finishing the details.

I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Will use them again --but since their service was so good I don't think I will need to!

They did a great job for us and If necessary, I'd them again in a second.

Top notch all the way! Very hard worker and Gene wouldn't rest until I was satisfied. We had a skylight installed and when he got into the attic he found a second roof under the first which really complicated his job. Always smiled and friendly. WE ARE JUST THRILLED WITH HOW IT BRIGHTENED OUR NEW KITCHEN! Jackie, the office manager was delightful and very concerned with all aspects. This is a great team!

Good work in the end, but project took 3X as long as promised for no apparent reason.

I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE ACHES & PAINS WITH CONTRACTORS, NOR DID I FEEL THE STRESS COMMONLY ASSOCIATED WITH HOME PROJECTS.THE HILITE COMPANY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB INSTALLING OUR THREE SKYLIGHTS IN THE ROOF OF OUR HOME. THIS ASTOUNDING PROFESSIONALISM AND IMPRESSIVE EXPERTISE IS A FIRST FOR OUR HOME REMODELING EXPERIENCES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HILITE COMPANY TO ANYONE IN THE MARKET. DON'T SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS!

I was pleased with how informative this company was and the speed of installation. My only disappointment was that the installer left some debris in our rain gutters. Overall I am very satisfied.

They were great to work with, & did a great job installing 2 solartubes. It turned out about more expensive than I expected: I forgot to ask in advance for the cost of the lighting kits, & assumed they would be comparable to the $ from another company, but they were about double on that feature. (and we had 2 installed!) Ask in advance in detail to be clear. But we love the work they did.
