Good job. Had done 2 skylights in different years, 2nd one leaked a little bit, they fixed it. Hard to get promised call back for appointment-that's why 4.5 stars.

at first there was a little miss communication between us but after the project was done was very happy with the work the skylight looks really nice but still have to wait until the rain.

"Unfortunately, this was a misunderstanding as far as what needed to be done. (consumer name withheld per their request) had requested our services through Home Advisor 3 different times. The first time she did not call back. Back in May, my partner went out to look at a leaking tubular skylight. Typically, we charge around $175-$225 to do what he did. Instead, he only charged her for the material we used and no labor. I'm not sure he understood she wanted to replace the skylight as well. When she called last week, we went back out there (I believe it was on the 25th), confirmed what needed to be done and agreed to the terms. The skylight was ordered and arrived Monday. We are scheduled to do the work this Thursday. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding on on this project and am not completely sure what happened out there. We will definitely take good care of her and hopefully earn a new review!"

Geno was great and put out 110%. However I do wish they had a little more data and options on the lighting kit. Although sufficient for a bathroom, my dining room could use double the strength. Thinking of converting to a flexable LED light strip and attach to ID.

Geno was very personable and very courteous once on-site for the job. He and his assistant replaced 2 skylights at the top of both skylight columns in our home. The end result was MUCH cleaner than what we had before. Geno added new framing below the skylight for an additional, reasonable charge and it really improved the look from below (no gaps or uneven framing, like before). Would definitely recommend HiLite Group for your skylight needs. The only reason I rated the quality 4.5 stars was because I cannot see the close up finishing touches as I have not gone up to the roof or climbed up in the column, but again...very clean from down below.

These guys are great... Good work, and reasonably priced. We really like out skylight. The two guys who came out to do the install were not only professional and did quality work, they were both REALLY friendly and made the whole experience comfortable. They really know what they're doing... I had a spot in mind for an 8" solar tube, and the installer looked at it and said, "what about over here, in front of the closet? It'll also light it up when it's open." He was spot on... The skylight is in the perfect spot. Also, we have very limited crawl space in our attic, and that was no problem at all for them... In and out in under 90 minutes. As they left, one of the installers said, "next, we'll be out to install one in that bathroom there" (no window in it). AND, now my wife and I are considering having one installed there, too... We'll definitely be calling them to do the job!

This is a family run business that takes care to provide all around great customer service. From timely outreach after my initial request for help, through the explanation of what work was needed, the thorough repair and solid warranty. Pricing is reasonable too.
