For those services you need every month, we offer RentalWatch: ongoing property managment for only $79 a month, flat. RentalWatch includes: - Rent Collection - Lease Enforcement - Complete Maintenance Oversight - Accounting & Bookkeeping - Direct Deposit Distributions and more... all you expect from your manager on a monthly basis. For your periodic need when you require a vacancy filled, we offer our second service--TenantMatch, for only one month's rent. TenantMatch includes: - Prepare the property - Market the property to 450+ sources - Respond immediately to all inquiries - Thoroughly screen all applicants - Schedule and perform all showings - Execute the lease & tender payment Our current average days on market is approximately 3 weeks.
