Excellent customer service from the moment I requested an appointment in Home Advisor. Leo was very professional and stayed in communication the entire project, from scheduling a consultation, to giving a quote and then scheduling the service. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I had my water heater burst the night before. Leo called me at 0630. I don't mind the early phone call at all. He must know it's an emergency I like that. He beat the quote of the other 2 companies by more than $600. When I did decide to go with Quality Plumbing, Leo had his helper here within an hour to get started with the work. And I have hot water in 3 hours. Great workmanship, friendly, and most off all punctual. I would definitely hire quality plumbing again not just that we have a big family here in San Diego and I'm definitely going to recommend Leo from quality plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Quality Plumbing had good communication, good workmanship, and was very fair. They did what they said they would do, were very nice, and gave good quality work. I couldnt ask for more :). They also have a 1 year warranty of the workmanship which is great. I would work with them again. Thank you quality plumbing!!!
