All members of the roofing crew were highly professional, competent and friendly.  They performed a first class job in tearing off the old asphalt shingle roof and removed all the debris from the property.   They replaced rotted wood with new wood.  They installed a high quality underlayment.   They added drip edges to every edge.   They installed new, high quality, asphalt shingles with care and precision.   After they were done, they removed nails and other debris from the yard and left it clean.   They were always careful with our property to avoid any damage etc.   In all phases of the roof replacement, they did not skip any steps; they addressed every detail.   After they were done, I personally climbed on the roof and inspected the entire roof; I was impressed with the job that they had done.  Honestly, the appearance of the roof clearly showed that they performed their work with a high level of craftsmanship.  I am extremely happy with this roof, and would recommend Garcia Roofing to anyone.

.Jason was very professional, showed up for the appointment on time.  Meet with me and the property owner and explained the problem and the fix.  We were lucky this was a quick fix versus an entire roof replacement. 
I was very happy with his work and would recommend his company.

Jason responded the same day I called him... he came by in the evening, assessed the work to be done, arranged for his workers to arrive the next morning to work on the roof... We had had a leak during this recent El Nino storm... upon taking off the tiles and the old roll of paper it was evident that the wool was damaged significantly... The workers cleaned the area thoroughly and put new wood and new roll roofing... the job was more than anticipated and could not be finished in the time he had expected but the workers came back the next day (sunday) to complete the work... they sealed that part of the roof better than it had been done originally. 
the workers were pleasant, and hard working... We would definitely call Jason again if other areas of the roof needed work. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable..We truly appreciated that he was not trying to sell us more than we needed...

It was okay. It took them quite a while to come out. It took them three weeks. The first day of the appointment, they didn't show up.

Everything worked out great. He patched up some areas that I had concerns about.

The leak he sealed is no longer a problem  Two employees returned and sealed my flat roof area so now I am ready for El Nino.  Very pleased with the service and definitely would use again.

Quite well, but I am still waiting for a report of the inspection.   Roofing Technician did find several discrepancies with the installation, installation paper installed incorrectly which could cause problems (leaks) in the future.   He recommended future minimal repairs and an approximate cost.   He also recommended the builder be contacted with his forthcoming report, though the warrantly would probably be void depending on the age of the resident.   Service Provide did assess the roof and provide a verbal report, but did promise a written report.
I am still waiting for the report, or information where I can acess the report.
