If they make a mistake, they are willing to fix it. Because they came out and fixed the original issue, I would now recommend them.

They responded immediately on a Friday afternoon, sent someone to look at what had to be done. He quoted a price and they came on Monday morning and took care of everything. They were friendly, respectful, efficient, neat and left everything very clean. Couldn't ask for more. Very competent, hard workers.

Hired them for a camera inspection, they were on time, knowledgeable and approached the job from several angles all while providing great feedback and additional information that might have been deemed relevant at the time.

Needed to replace 50ft of 60 year-old, crumbling cast iron sewer main, and Blue Planet did a great job with the trenchless pipe bursting replacement. We had plenty of unforeseen problems arise during the project, as usual, but Tito handled everything, and even stuck to the original price quote!! We are repeat customers and have a new plumber going forward, (though I hope next time won't be for a while). Thanks Tito!!
