I called Arrow Plumbing around 4:15 in the evening for a clogged drain. They said that since it would be after hours, it would be $200.00! Blue Planet came by about an hour later and charged $89.00. Mike was very nice, friendly, and did a great job. They've got my business from now on.

On time. Great customer service. Installed a water heater same day. Was concerned I still smelled faint gas the next morning and they came out right away, found the leak and fixed the situation.

Moy was on time, didn't make a mess and got the job done fast at a fair price.

they came out in the middle of the night , but could not get the drain flowing properly. But then they came back the next morning and figured out where the problem was and helped me rectify the problem

Yoshi was amazing and went out of his way to complete my needs on a Friday as I was leaving town the next day. He came and checked out what I needed to repair my leak..replaced a new faucet and repaired a toilet that needed new parts. I did think the price was on the high side but was glad to pay it for the amazing convenience!!! He was just the BEST in every way!

We had a little drip in the camode. A gentleman came out to fix it. he did not. We called and they sent a second man out and tried to fix it. He did not. We put some sealer in and the leak stopped

installed a tankless water heater. was ontime and provided service above and beyond. have used them several times since then for other projects.

We had old sewer line removed and new sewer line installed for our bathrooms. The job was completed in the time quoted and for the amount they estimated. Polite and professional crew. We would recommend this company.

I called two of the most popular plumbing companies and they both failed. Blue Planet was the only one that could get the job done, and they were cheaper too.

We had a water heater emergency and had called several plumbers to give us a quote to replace our leaking water heater. We had a mess and no water. The next morning we had a parade of plumbers come to give us quotes...then Mr. Tito Dueñas from Blue Planet, came and he looked at our problem and knew right away what had to be done and he noticed that there were some things that also needed attention. He gave his quote and gave us the time we needed to decide what we were going to do. Once we decided to move forward, he got busy right away. Soon, we once again had running hot water and now we have a plumber that we can recommend, also one that we can depend on if we have another emergency...

Thank you so much to Mike. I was having a problem with my toilet draining and was told, by another company, it was a problem with the pipe that was located under a concrete walkway. I was told it would be very expensive to fix. I called Blue Planet just to get a second opinion, and it apparently was just a simple fix. Instead of costing me thousands of dollars to fix, it cost me $119!!! I am so relieved and happy that this was not a big project like I was told it would be!! I will definitely be calling you for any further plumbing needs! Remove review

This clearly was a con job from step one. Tried to charge double what they quoted, and invent problems that weren't there.

Was originally estimated an insane amount of money, but then they worked with me in lowering the price. Customer service is very good.

Very good and proper service

Nick was very professional and look at my leak and determined it was that he did. It think the eat was the problem and told me to keep an eye on it and call back if I see any more seeping water! This shows great integrity on his part, he could have dug up the drive and charged me a lot of money for nothing! Really pleased with Blue Planet!

They brought a gas water heater instead of an electric and yeah, I told them electric. They were missing basic brass fittings and had no electric wire or plugs. They had to leave 3 times to get parts, totally 4 hours, and then didn't even take the old water heater they said they would. And bought a cheaper brand heater then what they said they were using. I would never recommend them.
