Home Advisor POLICY IS THE REASON I WENT WITH THIS COMPANY. No estimate was given prior to job completion. Plumber finished job without informing homeowner of cost for job. Plumber finished the job THEN submitted bill to home owner. This is not in compliance with what I agreed to with HomeAdvisor. Yes I was there, but plumber made 3 trips out to truck to check to see if he even had the parts to do the job. Next trip out of bathroom he was handing homeowner the final bill. Homeowner felt compelled to pay bill in full. This is not what homeowner expected, as HomeAdvisor policy was that all work cost was to be estimated and HomeOwner advised and cost was to be approved before being done.

Brian was the greast Juan Charged me $875.00 to install a toilet and 2 sink faucets I ask them to explain bill. I haven"t heard back. A couple of days.

I did not get the small leaflet or the purchase price for my Faucet if I need parts or proof of purchase I do not have this information

They were quick to call after I posted on Home Advisor. They did a good job.

Fixed a leaky pipe in the ceiling and got the water back on in the house as quickly as possible. This is an out of state rental property and the tenants gave the technician who came into the house high praise as feedback for the work done.

I would hire then if ever need plumbing work

I hired local plumbers a couple of years ago for the same sewage problem, their prices were much more reasonable. They were way over price. Great customer service must cost additional these days.

I was called immediately by a customer service rep. and they set up an appt. effective that day. The installer matched pricing and gave me a competitive price. My installer was very thorough and did an excellent job. He was on time and very polite. I will keep the magnet on my fridge!

Provided great service at a fair price. I will use them again in the future.

Blue Planet was easy to schedule with and came out within 24 hrs of our initial call. I thought the cost to snake our tub was too high - even with the military discount but I was thankful for the discount and quick service

VERY EXPENSIVE! $185 for a 10 minute job. The plumber told us they charge by the hour even though it only took 10 minutes to turn the pipe. Cost $185....... The only reason I used them because of timing and I lost the phone number and could not remember the name of the other plumbing company I used prior. They are great if you have money to throw away.

Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again if I have any more problems in this area.

THE FIRST PLUMBER SENT OUT JUST COULD NOT SEEM TO GET THE JOB DONE. THE SECOND PLUMBER SENT OUT GOT THE JOB DONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.

Laura from Blue Planet called me literally seconds after I submitted my request to Home Advisor. There really wasn't a category for my project (a malfunctioning pump in the fountain in my courtyard) I thought they wouldn't want to do such a small job, but I got an appointment for the next day. A very polite young man named Brian arrived, assessed the damage, gave me an on-the-spot estimate in writing and said he could get the new pump and come back to install it the same day. Overall I was pleased with the service. However, when Brian was running late (@ 20 min) for the appt. no one called to let me know. I also thought the price was high for the job, but he did a great job and in a timely fashion. I would use them again.

They replaced my pressure regulator and a water shut off valve. They came to our house in about 3 hours from the time I contacted them. The repairman (Sean) was very friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. For both tasks, he finished an about an hour. The dispatcher (Anna) kept me informed as to when he was arriving.
