Damage and problem were assessed quickly (early in the day) but work started late in the day due to manpower and equipment availability. They were here until the night and made sure all was well after turning the water to the property back on. They will return to fix the landscaping that was misplaced during the work. I really can't complain. The price is fair. I never had any work of this nature done before, so I have nothing to compare to; nor did I have the leisure to shop around. All in all, I am satisfied with the work done and the options for repayment.

I needed to have my water meter connected after the installation of a new turn-off valve. The job required a reliable timing of the plumbing service after the valve was in place by the City workers. Brian arrived at the specified time and finished the job in the expected amount of time. He was very pleasant and had a professional demeanor. He was meticulous about cleaning up the outdoor site. I will use Blue Planet agin.

Gave several option and cost of each job. Stan was very knowledgeable and unclog slow toilet with profesional snake. I tried a homedepot snake and it did not unclog toilet.

Fast response, good communications, pricing initially seemed high but after seeing the work required and the hours needed pricing was fair. Job was professionally done. Will use them again.

Repair & installation of new copper lines went smoothly by Brian but the pouring the replacement concrete slab was an issue that Blue Planet has to fix by sending Frank by which he fixed by chipping the surface concrete and laying another smooth concrete mix. Overall the project repair was done after six days...Four star overall due to lenght of completion!!!

The job was done quickly and well. If you think that $1,600 is a fair price to replace a 50 gallon water heater, then ignore the rest of my review. I didn't do my research on the cost to replace a water heater. I found out afterwards that I could have replaced it for about 40% less than what I paid. I expected a better price from a Home Advisor company.
