They need to explain what they are going to do before they start doing something and hand estimates before taken a payment.

Created new drain connection for new gutter down spout. Flushed drains and sewer drain lines. Moy was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining everything and answering all our questions. Would hire them again.

Promptly showed up on an urgent call (waterheater for 88 yo mom). Moy gave a detailed estimate. He answered all questions. Later he showed up at the time given and quickly completed the job. He is a real asset to your company.

Expensive but used quality products. Very hard working, knowledgeable and professional employees. Moy and his crew cleaned the work area after each day and never left a mess. Moy and his crew are an asset to this company.

Moy was our technician along with his partner. We had a water leak and it was an emergency. They showed up right away. They were very professional and considerate and answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing. They fixed the leak in about 2 hours. I am very satisfied and would hire them again.

They showed up within 30 minutes. It took the man a couple of hours because the pipe that was leaking was in a very difficult place behind a beam in the wall. He had to cut a hole in the drywall in two different places because it was right where the split level of or house came together. My wife and I are very happy

Company sent out a plumber the following day and the young man was very professional and knowledgeable. Had to call them out 2 days later because we were still not getting hot water to the master bedroom. Same young man came back and did a total flush & regulated the gas, with no additional charge. Its been almost 3 month and have had no issue. Highly recommend this business.

We hired Blue Planet to replace our water heater, replace a mop sink and faucet, and replace many shutoff valves. Brian did a fantastic job. The final bill (same as the estimate) was fair and the work was done fast. I cannot recommend them enough.

Technician was very friendly and curdious

When cleaning out weeds, my nephew couldn't see the 1/2" copper line leading into my mobile home and stepped on it. All water coming in to my home had to be shut off. Blue Planet was the second pro to come and offer a quote and I was able to negotiate a price about 40% less than my usual plumbing company. A couple days ago my water heater gas valve stop working. I called Blue Planet Plumbing to get a quote Mike came explain me everything I need to know. I also get a qoute from The White Glove Guys but they are charging twice Blue Planet Plumbing is charging. In short I went and go ahead and have Blue Planet to install me a Tankless water. Service is excellent, Mike is very thorough at his work. Highly recommend. I definitely call again for service.
