The company would not give me a price. When the young man arrived , when asked asked told me the price was 210.75. I said ai would not pay over !00.00. He dis counted the price. I do not like to deal this way. the toilet bblocage was cleared in 15 minutes and he cleaned the shower. The low grade was because of the pricing.

Stan was the tech who did our repairs of a leaking bathroom faucet, and replacement of a defective Moen Kitchen Faucet with a new faucet from the company. He was polite and respectful and completed the work in a timely manner. I would call Blue Planet again if I needed plumbing work done.

They were able to come before my appointed time .Sean was very knowledgeable . He and his assistant found several thing that were wrong with the water heater and water filter that had been install by another company that were a safety hazer that I had no idea that were wrong . They corrected everything that was wrong in addition to what needed to be done in the first place.

While the technician was very polite, professional and easy to deal with; I found the labor charges for the jobs done outrageously priced. I was charged over $700 in labor for jobs that took a combined time of less than 1 hour to complete.

Technican Aaron was very knowledgeable in plumbing repairs and took the time to explain what was needed for the job and the cost.

Not only did they repair the leak on my water heater but explained what was being done and why the pipe failed and leaked.
