Blue Planet Plumbing was courteous, thorough and reasonably priced. While they did not actually perform any repairs - they could not locate any leaks - I would still recommend them and would expect that they would do quality work. This is based on the overall experience which was professional in all phases.

Camera usage was very helpful. They were very professional and personable. They made a mess when spraying out drain and water sprayed up into the toilets, one had sewer water in the bowl. They were not aware this had happened. I noticed this after they left.

A friendly, helpful, sharing technician. Job well done and enjoyable conversation as an extra. Unfortunately, as with this industry upselling is always a given. This along with a flashy painted rolling billboard, van, one must question their integrity. Conversely, in my case the work was done as hoped with little pressure.

I was under a lot of stress with my father in the hospital at the time my water heater went out. Blue Planet showed up on time to meet with me to assess my problem. I was able to return to my dad while they replaced the unit and brought everything up to the new codes in a matter of hours. They did a great job and left the property clean.

They stand by their work -- a small leak appeared 2 weeks later and they came out and fixed it that same afternoon Great service and support. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a leaky toilet... I didn't know it was leaky when I went to Lowe's to buy a new one and paid for the installation. I came home, pulled the carpet up (yes, wall-to-wall carpet in a bathroom...ick!), and saw that the old toilet had leaked so bad, I'm having to have the wooden subfloor replaced. So I hired these guys JUST to remove the toilet and put a cap on the toilet drain. They sent Tito... Tito is so cool... I never thought in my life I would ever say this out loud, "I had fun with the plumber who removed my toilet....". At first, I kinda thought they were pricey...BUT, he also gave me the following advice: Don't use the "drop the things in the toilet that 'clean' your toilet and turn your water blue" cleaners...they contain wax particles that can plug your copper pipes, if you have them, and their cleaning agent will eat away at your seals and toilets... THAT advice is priceless... ergo, they're worth every penny. =)

They did a great job. Fast and very clean.

I made an appointment with Jasmine. She called to confirm the morning of the appointment. The plumber never showed up and I never received a call to say someone was running late or needed to reschedule. I haven't heard from the company at all. Waste of my time since I had to take off work to meet their appointment time!

Blue planet plumbing and specifically Manny was the best experience you could ever hope for.Firm estimate that was thousands less than others and complete replacement of pipes instead of just lining them,but mo cement work was needed,They where fast,courteous,cleaned up after themselves and where a pleasure to deal with. Would do it again in a heart beat

Tito the plumber did an excellent job, Un time and did what he said would do. Kept you abreast of his work even though you were n't there on the job site. But the office personel ladies drive you crazy with phone calls. 6 calls the day after the work was done for a check before you had a chance to verify the job or read your invoice. It seems they don't trust their customers. Whow.
