I did my research before I contacted them, so I felt ok with their bid. Anthony looked very young but he really knew what he was doing. Professional and competent. Hope I don't need them again, but would not hesitate to call again.

They won't be here until tomorrow. They did call me within a few minutes.

I scheduled the work for Monday; Jan 2. I will submit my review after the work is complete. I did think Anthonys knowledge and estimate for the work to be done is what convinced me to go with Blue Planet. I look forward to keeping Blue Planet as my permanent plumbers. Thank You Anthony.

I got three calls for bids from Home Advisor contractors within 15 minutes of posting the job. The three on-site bids were physically complete within two hours. Blue Planet was the low bid. By 5 1/2 hours, from my initial post on Home Advisors, the job was completed. Blue Planet had a professional team that was exceptional in their response and quality of work.

Anthony was very professional and helpful in keeping me informed of what was happening. His work is exceptional and I would recommend him to any of my friends who need assistance with plumbing or drain issues. He is a credit to a Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing.

I came home after a week out of town to water in my kitchen floor and dripping from the ceiling. It was a Saturday. I found Blue Planet on the HomeAdvisor website, called and LM with a service. Got a return call quickly from a very nice woman who coordinated a visit from Anthony who works for them. He was terrific. Very professional, explained everything and cleaned up when he was done. Couldn't have had better service. He set up a visit the next day (Sunday) from Mission Restoration to start the drying and treatment process. Those folks were good too.

The technician had the tools to clear our drain. He had a camera that took a picture of the clogged drain and a picture after it was cleared. Michael is a people person and was very easy to work with.

There was miss communication between us. He did the wrong thing. He could have listened to the tenant. She was trying to explain the problem to him. He did not listen. He went his own way. I have to hire another contractor to fix the toilet for me.

Tech was very competent and professional. Left job site clean and neat. Due to problems at an earlier job he was 2 hours late. Cell reception here is poor, our expectation was that Blue Planet dispatch should have notified us of the delay. We had to contact them for the ETA. Would recommend and rehire Blue Planet again.
