I would have rated them a 5 star, but they gave me a 2 hour window on the first appointment and were going to show up after the appointment, so I had to leave and reschedule. They cleaned out my main sewer line from my garage to the street about 60'. They carefully explained everything to me and I got to watch the camera as it descended to the street main. Fascinating what you can see. I had this done because I've owned this house since it was built 27 years ago and wanted to be "preventive" in case there could be any upcoming problems. The guys gave me the price up front which I thought was higher than most at $495 because I had seen it advertised with other plumbing companies for up to $299. BUT, they had their equipment etc. and I felt "let's git er done." They guys were very friendly, courteous and had good personalities. They definitely KNOW their business. Thanks.

This vendor was hired to perform four tasks, replacement installation of two RH Peterson propane burners for fireplaces, replacement of one Peterson igniter for a propane burner for a third fireplace, and installation of one kitchen faucet. The work to be done was explicitly described to the vendor before hiring and detailed on the HomeAdvisor website in writing. The vendor agreed to do the work in a morning time window on April 27th. When no one showed up, I called the vendor and was told that they thought the appointment was for the day before. Still, they offered to send someone that afternoon. However, upon further discussion, their prospective worker was not familiar with the Peterson equipment, and therefore we agreed to have a plumber named Brian come first thing Monday, May 1st, because Brian was qualified to work with the Peterson propane burners. The Monday appointment window came and went with Brian a total no show. Eventually, a technician named Joshua show up two hours late, but he was unwilling to do the propane burner and igniter hookups. He did install the kitchen faucet at a cost of $215 just for the labor. This was a five star effort for quality if not value. This vendor should never have taken the job if not prepared to do the work which was more than adequately explained. I do not recommend Blue Planet, and would never hire them again.

The contractor promptly responded to our call and, although our job was much more complicated than originally expected, the contractor stayed with our job for several days until completed. In addition they were very helpful in fixing some other issues around the house at no charge. Highly recommend this company

The team that came out were very professional and courteous. They removed and replaced the toilet within a couple of hours. Great Job!!!

These guys did an amazing job! Showed up within 30 mins on a Sunday and really worked with me to explain and help me understand the problems. Great job all around. If possible I would ask for Manny Jimenez and Yukio Tamaura they are hardworking, they work well together, being through and clean up.
