VERY expensive!

There seems to be a trend among local water heater installers to push homeowners to the most expensive brand, which might not be any better than a less costly brand. Don't let that happen to you. I chose Blue Planet because they gave me options.. I chose the Rheem brand, which saved me money and I am perfectly happy with Rheem.

Good service. Fast and Friendly

Called to run gas line from was heater closet to dryer. Customer service from the company is really good. They are friendly and responsive. Was able to book a Saturday appointment. JP was friendly and got the job done quickly.

I had a thankless WH installed. I don't think I've ever had an easier plumbing job completed. The work was professional and, more unusual for home services, very neat.

Did not solve my problem, but identified problem. Clearly beyond his technical abilities. $2000 later, my plumbing is working fine. Wrong company for the job.

Had an emergency plumbing issue on Sunday. Got very quick response and updates from their office and the technician (Tito) showed up on time. He solved the problem quickly and gave me a few recommendations as well.

Their worker Mike is a great guy knows his stuff, and is a seriously hard worker. He took care of our problem that another contractor wanted $10,000 and maybe more to fix...

Service man was polite, clean and explained issue well. Expensive for 20 minutes work.

Had all my drain pipes removed and replaced because it was not draining probably. They came in and estimated the cost, and were done in 2 days! Very nice to work with and let me know everything that was going on.

They arrived late and rescheduled another day. Came late again. I showed them where the tile in my bathroom floor felt warm. they decided to repair it from the outside. they dug a very deep hole and jackhammered my foundation. I had the money to pay them cash. Then they said a entire new replumbing on my house. that would cost $12,00.00. Next I found out that my insurance would not cover this repair because they dug outside my house. I asked for a few days to research this situation. I found someone to do the job for 30% of what they wanted. I still have the hole and cement gone from my foundation. They did not charge me.

I hired them then I left them to do it at my rental property, they did not complete the job 100% in a timely fashion. The work was done then they left......they left a huge mess and it took over a week for them to clean it up. They were knowledgeable but I had to have many heated conversations before they went back to complete the job. Do not pay them one penny until the job is 100% complete to your satisfaction.
