Would give zero stars if option was available. BEWARE, worst customer service hands down!! Ordered over two months ago, the first delivery was damaged, second time was not fitting together, so they say we will send a tech. no call no show next weekend, a call on the day stating not coming the next weekend, came out the next weekend and couldn't fix the issue. Two weeks later bring another damaged piece, next weekend, on the day, call saying piece is damaged not coming, and now the next and last weekend show up with wrong piece of furniture. You have to also understand I had to call customer service every time and each time I called I had to wait, no lie or exaggeration, 30 or more minutes on hold to talk to a representative. I had to call them over 6 times, yeah, that's at least 3 hours on hold. That's not mentioning the 8 weekend days I had to sit and wait for them and not be able to make any plans to do anything. The thing I am most upset about is the time they stole from me. I can never get that back. Andre, the manager, doesn't even act like he cares and does not accept or return your phone calls. Horrible customer service.

We finally decided on Ashley's Furniture in Eastlake because they had some of the best pricing, their showroom wasn't overwhelming, and we got the impression that everything was local. It was like night and day once we made the purchase. We bought two pieces that were on the showroom floor and they wanted to just sale them that day. We also bought a leather couch and a love seat. We came back one day later to pick-up the two floor pieces we bought and canceled another order that was going to take five weeks to be delivered. This is when the company went from nice people to a strategy of evade and ignore. They at first tried to tell us that they could not process our cancellation request because their manager was in interviews all day. I said very sternly that we would wait, irregardless. While my spouse was waiting for the manager, I picked-up the two floor pieces we bought to strap down to our truck. One of the two pieces we bought was a "Canopy Bed." When we bought the floor piece, the canopy was on it, but when I picked it up, there was no canopy. I waited to speak to somebody of authority, but nobody could tell me why there was no canopy. Finally, a young man came-out and said that they never include a canopy with a canopy bed from floor pieces. I was disappointed with this experience because I said why call it a "Canopy Bed" with NO CANOPY. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, the secretary told my spouse that they would just void the other purchases of the items we wanted canceled (coffee tables, end tables, etc. -- it was a five week wait for their delivery) since the credit card purchase was less than 24 hours prior. We never did see a manager. This place has nice furniture and pricing, just terrible sales rep's and secretarial staff.
