We called and set up an appointment in 3 days from the date we called, the technician called us the day of the appointment giving us notice he was running late.  When he showed up, he was very professional and through.  He notified us that some of the damage that required attention would need to be done would require a general contractor because it was outside the scope of their liability.  He was good about showing us areas of concern.  We received the actual report about a week and a half later.  Their price on the fumigation of the property was very competitive.  Over all, I would recommend them to a friend.

They are good people. I've known them for years. They have great prices. They come out whenever you need them, whether you have an appointment or not, at no extra cost. They are as good as you can get.

They were way too expensive. The quote was way beyond than what I was willing to pay. They were very punctual. They were charging me $650 to get rid of rodents and $1200 for added clean up. This was way beyond what I was expecting or willing to pay. They were very professional. I?m sure their knowledge was good. They were very quick and good. The guy who came out was a lovely person. I probably would not call him again because I know they are just way too expensive. I probably would not use their services again in the future.

"Hi member, I just wanted to say that I am sorry we could not be of assistance to you and you thought our pricing was way out of line or unreasonable. Unfortuantely some jobs are going to require many man hours and materials as your looks like it would have. The one time fee was very low and fair, even when compared to our competition. We try to quote our work as low and as reasonable as possible, but we also need to work at a high level of quality and which means we can't rush our work based on not being paid enough. I would hope that you can understand that and maybe give us an opportunity in the future should any pest or termite control needs pop up. You are welcome to contact me or any of my staff 7 days a week if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity. Thank you."

It didn't cost anything because they had been out within the year for the same sort of work in the same area and it had a one year's warranty, so they covered it. They did what they said they were going to do and it went pretty well. Everything went fine.

From start to finish (actually it's ongoing), it has been a pleasure to work with Jeremy and Sonia. From the first phone call, Jeremy seemed very knowledgable, reasonable, and accomodating. I did not get this from the larger chains I called. Jeremy did not try to push me into the sale like the other guys did. Plus I did not get routed through some 800# operator in LA. They are a local SD business, which I like. I called on Sat, they came out on Sunday (could have been here Sat aft but we weren't going to be home). The other guys I would have waited until Mon or Tues, just to get a quote from some of them. And I had rats in my kitchen! Yuck! I can't say enough good things about the service from Adios. I highly recommend them!
