IT'S BEEN GOOD, AND I ALWAYS GET A GOOD, THOROUGH RESPONSE FROM THE GUY THAT COMES OUT. WHEN THEY SERVICE THE POOL, THEY SWEEP IT AND BALANCE THE CHEMICALS. IT IS JUST A GENERAL CLEANING OF THE POOL.

POOL CLEANER IS ALWAYS RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE ARRIVES VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING AND CAN ALWAYS BE REACHED IF NEEDED. WHEN ON VACATION HE ALWAYS LETS US KNOW IN ADVANCE AND PROVIDES AN ALTERNATIVE NUMBER TO CALL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.

A TRUE PROFESSIONAL, AN EXPERT AT WHAT HE DOES. WE HIRED REDD'S AFTER A MAJOR RAINSTORM AND OUR POOL WAS A MESS. HE NOT ONLY HAS IT CLEANER AND MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN EVER (WE HAVE HAD REGULAR POOL SERVICE THAT WE TERMINATED FOR POOR PERFORMANCE). BUT HE HAS TAKEN CARE OF THIS TYPE OF MAJOR WORK THAT WAS NEEDED! VERY EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH!
